'The sequence was called 16 bullets but due to budgetary constraints its now 12 bullets' is the most deadpooly phrase ever spoken and it's not even part of the movie. It's behind the fucking scenes. Even the BTS is breaking the 4th wall.

I have nothing against MCU movies. But I actually preferred this, than the heavy CGI ones from MCU. Don't get me wrong, MCU CGI looks top notch, at least from a non expert point of view as mine. But I still preferred Deadpool, over the MCU movies. But this is more a personal opinion than a fact.

@@eiyu-okuroryokan2634 You sound afraid of hating on the MCU. Personal opinion, I think the MCU deserves some hate. I watch MCU movies to keep up with how my favorite characters are doing in cinema. And they’re good movies just for having fun. But there’s a lot of half assing in things like CG, writing, and originality. The CG is very very detailed when it’s the center of the screen and our attention. But god damn it gets bad during action scenes and camera movement (motion blur). The writing except (my personal opinion) in Avengers 2012, Iron Man 3, Endgame, and No Way Home is nothing worthy of remembering. And last, I think it’s unoriginal and usually has the same Disney plot lines as a Pixar movie would. Sorry, it’s 1AM and I am tired as hell. This all just came out of me bro. Anyways, I appreciate the fact you prefer this over MCU. This movie was not overdone or underdone in any factor. It was a great film. I mean it.

It's like Marlon Brando in The Godfather, Allan Grant in Jurassic Park, or Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd in BTTF, sometimes actors are made for a role

I remember when this was leaked, saw it on facebook (yeah, 7 years ago normal people still used facebook, how much the times have changed) and knowing nothing about deadpool I was there for it, I think I even signed some e-petition or something to show support for making the movie and I do believe the massively positive reception the footage got on social media is the main reason we got Deadpool 1 looking the way it is

So the recipe for Movie making is understanding the grammar of motion, composition and visual effects. With a butt load of humour.

Personally I don’t care how much CG is used as long as it’s good CG, if you can’t tell who cares how it’s done. Gone are the days of Phantom Menace levels of bad Location CG that’s makes the whole film look like a 20 year old computer game. CG is so good now you don’t know is CG until you are told it’s CG, unless the Studio skimps on the CG budget, looking at you Justice League.
