I don't think it's futuristic. It's tech that's pretty much the norm these days. The most complex parts of EVs remain the batteries. As for proper handling, i.e. mechanical engineering, that's been pretty much perfected by legacy auto makers for decades now. Innovation is building on the successes of the past and continually improving upon them.

Props to the exterior designer Nader Faghihzadeh. He's the genius that also designed the timeless BMW 6 series (F06) that still looks stunning. Can't believe it's a 13 year old design. He deserves more credit. He also designed the outgoing BMW 7 series G12, which in my opinion, in LCI form, is the best looking 7er ever made. Avatr is killing it.

Simply AMAZING , love this Avatr 12, and the lately EV from China. Far more ahead than EU. Hopefully you can bring us the review of the Galaxy E8, Luxeed, and other new stuff. Superb video !!

If they can get these cars to europe at decent prices the europeans are toast. It makes my bmw look like a budget car. I would take this any day.

seems only Chinese Manufacturers produce concept looking cars, looks are amazing, a relaxing lounge-like interior, got the screens but doesnt look like a slap to the dashboard, overall a very attractive car.

They banned Huawei from using android, now Huawei have its own OS even in cars 😂

@collller China is the biggest EV market in the world with the most EV startups by far so it's understandable that EV competition is fierce. But Changan is state owned and Huawei is big so it should be fine in the long run. Also both of them basically just came to market so may be a bit premature ? We'll have to wait and see.

If they limit the top speed to 180 kmph it's a huge deal breaker.

I was there in Kunming and tried avatr12, Absolutely amazing car. But there are too many Chinese competitive brands. Even Avatr is still struggling to survive.

No avatr 12 is selling well because of the Huawei Mate 60 pro which has just beaten new Apple iPhone sales in China. Huawei phones can works seamlessly with this EV's software developed by Huawei.

This car is simply amazing, auto driving, auto parking, auto doors, auto tint, even the wireless charger auto cool your mobile.

Slick design, a much better Ev against the model Y, this model puts it against my wishlist of Zeekr 001 and Cupra Tavascan. I would buy this A 12 though.. Amen.🎉

True, but imagine being a passenger and having to declare out loud everything you wanted to do? Way more time consuming and frankly awkward than a set of buttons or a screen.

The interiors of these Chinese cars are really very well done nothing compares to them at this price point

The computer system is from Huawei. It means this vehicle will never be allowed to enter western market or at least US market. US is doing everything they can to weaken the potential competition for big 3 and Tesla😀
