The fact that this poetry is traditionally used to describe the one you're destined to end up with, makes perfect sense because Kuruk wrote this song for Hei-Ran and Rangi just so happens to be a clone of Hei-Ran.

Or Avatar productions since I think they got during production company, that way un like Nickelodeon they wouldn't have to blur or change the story for the more graphic parts

There are definitely some things that happen in this book that wouldn't fly on Nickelodeon. They couldn't even show planes crashing in LOK without making sure we saw the pilots parachuting out to safety. I'd love to see this made into a PG-13 show, though.

I noticed not every piece of dialogue is in the visual novel, but the overall quality of the visual novel was wonderful. I understand that some of the quotes are more 'accessory' rather than relevant to the overall plot. Plus, non-book-canon dialogue is a nice treat! I liked how when Kelsang, Lee, and Kyoshi got background accompaniment with their 'poem' (which is practically a song) and the scenes in which Kelsang and Kyoshi have pseudo-father + daughter moments.

I have no words. This blew me away! Kyoshi's voice- she can really sing! Everyone did so well with this! Also ik the is already known in the fandom about what kyoshi sings- i'll put it lower for people who dont. That its kuruks. He wrote it for hei-ran but she never heard it. I'm pretty sure what made it bubble up in kyoshi though is Rangi- which its literally stated that Hei-Ran and Rangi look so much a like. its just- i love it so much AH!

Well that's the thing about Avatar they have the theme of spiritualness like past lives can continue on in other forms of relationships for example and with giatsu Roku with him the same way and now rangi with kiyoshi like hei ron and kuruk

I love how hei-ran has laser eyes on the thumbnail. 😂 wahhh i'm excited for ep 2.

So a little context for the poetry/songs: In the novel, Kelsang started them on a game where they sang about the object of their unrequited affection, and the others would guess who it was they had a crush on based on the lyrics. Kuruk wrote those lines because of his crush of Hei-Ran. Kyoshi plucked them from the latent memories of her previous lives because of her crush on Rangi, who is Hei-Ran's daughter. Also, teh village bullies calling a trained Firebending soldier a 'lackey' to her face. That is the face of true courage. ... Or a total lack of self-preservation instinct.

Kyoshi's voice literally made me cry, that poem is so beautiful😍😍 I'd literally make this my ring tone just to ignore my calls and listen to it

This is another well done episode. However, I feel some closed captioning would do good, at least when Yun is doing remote earthbending to create words.

Thank you THANK YOU! For this amazing piece of art! I’ve rewatched Avatar: The Last Airbender literally got two months straight. It feel almost the same as when I would get out of school and wait for a new episode of the show to air. Everything is done so well and it really tides us fans over until we get a new update from Avatar Studios or the Netflix adaptation. Either way this is NEEDED in the fandom!

Because he played Pai Sho almost exactly like Kuruk. Also that poem Kyoshi song is exactly the same one that Kuruk wrote for Hei-Ran, and Kelsang is the only one who knows this.

Finding the avatar is mostly guesswork. I don’t know why they don’t have practical tests, but it’s definitely guesswork.

The air nomads and the fire nation have a process to discover the next avatar but for the water tribes and earth kingdom they basically have to guess.😅😂😂
