To clairify, that wasn’t just Aang in the fish form. That was the Sprit of the Ocean using his body like a conduit to channel its wrath through. The Fire Nation had the _entire ocean_ after them for a minute.

We saw azula once before this episode. in the episode the storm when zuko is being burned. She was standing next to iroh. When aang merges with the ocean spirit they are only pushing the water cause the moon pulls the water

Ozai is Mark Hamill and Admiral Zhao is Jason Isaacs AKA Lucius Malfoy. This show has such an amazing cast.

I don't think the show actually explain that Aang is used as a vessel by the Ocean Spirit, because of his rage after the Moon spirit was killed, so when the moon was back on the sky, he is seeing it and take Aang back.

Now that you've heard Fire Lord Ozai, I can tell you that he's voiced by Mark Hamill. :)

Man. You gotta admit, seeing Zuko try to save Zhao, even after he tried to have him killed, in the MIDDLE of a fight, most likely a life or death fight, says so much about his core character. Zuko was never really a Villain. He was a victim.

It’s like my childhood been reborn, I’m still emotional by how sokka felt, like thano’s once said “( the sacrifices require’s the strongest will )”

And now, one of the best cartoon villains to grace cable TV. Also why don't y'all get more views on these? Is the AtLA Fandom missing your uploads?

Probably because it will take 2 years for them to get to the end of book 3, and many ATLA fans (myself included) don't have the patience for that.

That movie was a BANGER when I bought it on dvd back then especially when it was airing on Nickelodeon in 2005 as TV movie events 😭😭

My favorite episodes of this book (in order) are 13, 20, 19, 8, 5. Book 2 is even better.

7:07 one of my favorite scenes from book 1, zuko wanted to restore in honor by thinking capturing the avatar would appeal his father but as soon as you reach to book 2 uncle iroh had wanted to encourage zuko by knowing what’s right to lead his own heart of his choice decisions right before fire lord ozai decided to have princess Azula handle the mission as his son and uncle betray them.

Book 1 is the weakest book in Avatar The Last Airbender, in fact it is probably the weakest book of Last Airbender and Korra combined. You will definitely like books 2 and 3.
