I love Lizzie (Azula) in being respectful and open minded to whatever. She doesnt deserve any hate. She's talented and great personality. As for Gordon, he may not speak full filipino language but he is so Filipino with his reactions and values. You can tell he's not one of those half filipino kids who doesnt even acknowledge their filipino roots. He often says he is one and call PH his homeland. He was raised right

Balut is normally cooked at about 17 days. At this stage, bones and beak are soft. Also you shouldn't feel the feathers. Balut broth (the liquid inside the egg) is super yummy.
