The way Jake yells and it morphs into the Leonopteryx's roar is just chilling and I love it. A powerful fighter and his powerful companion, though the connection is brief. You can tell their fury and power is in tune.

the Human pilots skills are far more imprssive they are inhibited by the flux vortex and have ZERO ROOM for error.

The soundtrack at 2:23 with Jake riding his Turok (Great Leonopteryx in the lore) is so badass! James Horner really knew how to put together a musical score and blend it with the action scenes.

From a Navi point of view human weapons such as guns must be insane To comprehend a small object that can cause so much death and destruction to them

the RDA soldiers and pilots especially are INSANELY SKILLED look at those guys flying around those rocks and trees like this is the frakking battle of Britain.

I know it's a movie, and not a battle tactics expert by any stretch, but... The diving attack used by the air cavalry (or whatever you want to call them) after baiting them into the Hallelujah Mountains seemed like a very sound approach. But the ground forces doing a frontal assault into fully automatic gun fire...did Jake not happen to mention to his friends that's about the worst thing you can do? Why not try some kind of flanking maneuver?

@@chaosdimension6433 They could've at least herded some of the Rhino lookin mfs into covering their attack, or just attacking from multiple angles rather than straight ahead, and having some archers in the trees with cover and high ground would've gone a long way haha its just rule of cool on the ground

Since their weapons have limited range they wouldn’t have to worry about friendly fire, so they could try and attack them from as many angles as possible, in hopes of breaking up their firing line.

@@CordlessJet549 Boobie traps could have worked well, too. Like how the Vietcong would dig pits with bamboo spikes dipped in feces for unsuspecting troops to fall into (RIP to our US 'Nam vets). To your point about attacking from multiple angles, Shaka Zulu's Bull Horn/Head of the Buffalo formation would have probably worked better, as it engaged the enemy frontally while executing flanking maneuvers on both sides of the enemy force. But ultimately this would have done nothing to further the plot, which is all that matters in the context of the movie. Still fun to talk about, though.

The RDA should've sent in a battalion of the Death Korps of Krieg, Catachan Jungle Warriors and a company Characharadons accompanied by Tyberos just for good measure
