Appreciate the honest reviews you provide. I was disappointed with Avalon’s ceramic coating as it didn’t last. I’m not shocked to see your test results in this product as well. Thanks for the honest and transparent feedback and looking forward to more of your content.

Thanks! I appreciate your kind words :-). I was hoping this product would be better, but man that durability is just rough. Could still be useful for those applying a wet product after every few washes as it is pretty quick and easy to use.

They recommend using this to protect their ceramic coating. Would you?

Did you use this product or the actual ceramic coating? The ceramic coating lasted me about 2 years . Iron removal, clay bar and alcohol whole Down before applying ceramic and one full bottle was enough for 2 coats . Also when doing maintenance you have to use a ph balance ceramic soap . Also elements make a difference so if your car stays outside all the time then yea it will Wear out sooner . But easily one year protection. Maybe u didn’t apply correct

@@ivanrizo4688 I was very meticulous in the application process and did all the pre work before applying. This product just failed miserably. After hearing mixed reviews my guess is that have poor QC and/or their product has aged on the shelf and the results are inconsistent. I’ve applied other ceramics so it’s not my first time. Oh well, that’s why there are other choices to select from. Next on my list is mckees ceramic. I’m hearing good things about it. Cannot be worse than this.

Huge fan of your through testing. Shocked to see you haven't reviewed The Last Coat - Ceratrim yet! Been in the market recently and I've been browsing your videos and haven't seen certain products in there yet lol.

Really appreciate the viewership! That one is definitely on my short list for future vids. I have a few things to get through, but with the new 2.0 testing the rate at which I can test and put out videos is at least 4x higher so I hope to have a steady stream of these.

I actually like armor shield lite. To me its made to be put on often like every other wash or 2. But if your the kind of person that just wants to spray your car once and want months of durabilty looks like you wont get it.

Excellent video as always Dimitry. Seems to be more consumer focused products with all the social media/marketing they are doing. Still, a nice easy to apply product. I don’t usually leave comments, but I happily would to help with the algorithm :)

Thanks for the kind words :-)! It does seem like AvalonKing seems to be a bit of a marketing first company. You're not wrong though, it is an easy to use product and I liked the slickness. While the durability lets it down, if you need a quick product to throw on you could do a lot worse.

Shorter life than XS topper or Shinee... that's a pass. Great work! 👍👍👍

Avalon King went too far the other way towards ease of use in their Lite formulation, from testing it seems it's closer to a detailer. The original Armor Shield was a long lasting product they should offer it again even though it had application issues common with high SIO2 sprays.
