omg i am dying over those baby booties!!! so cute! i love the hem of the tulip sweater. i added it to my ravelry favourites ages ago but i think it's gotten lost amongst the other few hundred jumper patterns i've favourited. thank you for the reminder that it exists!

Ugh babies are so oddly shaped...

I made 6 pairs of those baby huggs! I love the back seam that you did. The seam was the only part I wasn't happy with . Next time I'll do what you did. Thank you for sharing that part of the bootie.

Just fabulous guys. Thank you. So good to hear you TALK the knitting eg which yarn Paige will use for the new sweater and needing to purchase more yarn appropriate for the project. It is just TRUE isn't it? If we stuff up the yarn choice, the whole end result is just WRONG......waste of time and effort and SO disappointing, the more we knit. Love your vibe. Sarah!!! Don't even! My tulip is also one of my favourite sweaters!!!! I made it using yarn from Stolen stitches which is this lovely wool/linen blend which has made it wearable for so many seasons! I definitely plan on more!

SARAH! I have no sense of smell! I had an MRI a couple of years ago after seeing an ENT doctor and i have no olfactory bulb - such a special brain! Also the SABU is :: chef's kiss :: I really enjoy your videos - SO good. xx

So glad you two popped up on my You Tube feed! Yay, new virtual knitting friends!! The baby bootees pattern went straight into my Ravelry library and queue. Also love love love your jumpers. Both of your colour choices look amazing on you. It’s also so refreshing to hear local reference to yarns and shops. I am a huge fan of Bendigo Woollen Mills for yarn hungry projects that require a nod to budget consideration!! Also, although I live in Sydney, I have been known to base a trip to Melbourne around a Sunspun visit. They stock yarn I can’t find here. 😩 Really looking forward hearing about you get on with all your knitting plans.

Me rewatching this video for the second time, I MUST COMMENT SO: First of all you guys look absolutelly gorgerous in those sweaters, you're glowing and those colours look so amazing on you. The baby hug booty is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my entire life fr, too cute to be true. And I am so sad for Sarah putting away that mohair pullover because I am so excited to see it finished and how it looks on you, BUT yeah I am doing the same with some other projects so don't feel guilty to put it away if you don't feel like working on it. Also the beany standard unit makes so much sense, I told my boyfriend about it and he thought that too😂 cannot wait to play with it. This video was so enjoyable as always 🥰❤️

Thanks chicka 🥰 I have actually gone back to the mohair a little bit but it feels way more chill cos I know it's optional, which is a weird mentality but not having the pressure to make progress on it is a huge relief. Have you had a play with calculator, do you think it's about right?

Thanks lovely! Crazy to think of people from so far away tuning into our discussion in Paige's kitchen. I won't lie, getting my hands on a copy of the Sandnesgarn book was a bit of a nightmare... I ended up buying it from the UK shop Knitt.co.uk and then having a friend bring it home with them to Australia.

I wanted to ask if either of you knit socks on circular needles or double pointed? Since I’m a new knitter, I’ll be trying socks for the first time soon.

Hey! I use circular needles and magic loop, means I only need one needle for the whole project 😁

That little math stuff went right over my head, I may get it in a couple of years and go "oooh!! I get it now!" But love your video, as always! You should check out Knitting for Olive's children's patterns. I do not get the massive hype about Petite Knits. But The Petite Knitter. is amazing!!!

I think you need to work with an App creator for your Beanie Unit idea & to expand upon it also ... You could sell access to it for 99c or 4.99 or whatever ... I would certainly pay for it! ❤ Susannah
