Learn the difference between a autotroph and a heterotroph. All plants and other organisms that produce their own food in an ecosystem are called autotrophs. Or self feeders
An Autotrophs is an organism that collects energy from sunlight or inorganic substances to produce food.
A Heterotroph is an organism that gets its energy requirement by consuming other organisms.
They are also called consumers
A heterotroph that eats only planed is called a herbivore
Heterotrophs that eat other heterotrophs are called carnivores. Lions, wolves
An organism that eats plants and animals are omnivores.

I believe this is incorrect.... ? autotroph is getting carbon source from C02, heterotroph gets carbon source from organic nutrients. You're talking about energy source, getting energy from light is called phototroph and from chemicals is called chemotroph. This is important as a bacteria can be any combination of these, eg auto-chemotroph or hetero-chemotroph.
Loved. Short and sweet video
are sea slugs autotroph or heterophy?
Yeah an , autotrophs : They are the organisms which are self dependent they make their own food. Eg: All green plants 🌿 🪴 Heterotrophs : A heterotroph is a type of a plant which cannot produce their nutrition from the outside sources 😊😊😊
