They want thousands of people complaining that they were damaged in some way. Then Google settles, and everyone gets a small check. Or they go to trial and either get nothing or potentially a lot more if Google loses

I am shocked at the number of severe injuries and trauma he received resulting in his tragic death! Yes. I am thinking the same otherwise someone would have talked by now from the pressure. These are young kids he,was with at that party. So it's likely law enforcement and the parents have "circled the wagons. Also wondering if this is Native American territory or reservation area?

If you leave a bar and get hurt the bar staff are liable. The people at the party should he held to that same standard.

Because they can’t definitively say what caused the injuries that lead to his death. We’re his injuries caused by the ATV rollover? Where his injuries caused by a fight? Which injuries were caused by what incident? How did he end up naked? They don’t have enough information about what happened that evening/morning to make the determination. The report is supposed to state facts not suppositions.

In my practice I've seen a lot of patients with head trauma. The depressed skull fracture, with concomitant basilar skull fractures, scalp degloving/avulsion, neck fracture and peripheral injuries (abrasions, rib fractures etc) are what you would see in a motor vehicle accident when someone gets ejected from the vehicle. Or if someone is thrown from a moving vehicle.

Someone with a conscience I needs to come forward to tell the truth of what exactly happened to him at that party!!!! The more you hear , sounds like they never intended for Noah to leave that party alive!!!!!

This has troubled me since the first day I heard of his passing, and I am half way across the world. Whether it was his eyes that drew me in or the fact he was my sons age, something made me stop, listen and learn what I could. Nothing added up for me, the silence of the friends and the fact it got practically no media coverage. I hope the family get the answers they are searching for and slowly day by day his memory with have more smiles than tears.

Being ran over (tire mark) doesn't tell why his skull was literally fractured into two! His neck fractures, common with hangings, like a pull type injury, so falling off a roof would NOT be same injury. What is never explained with all the theories is his raw fingertips... like he was dragged, trying to hold onto something while still coherent, alive. The ATV and friend truck being "sold" is a clue to me, very suspicious. Have authorities found these two vehicles new owners and evaluated them.The amount of blood found around his organs tells me injuries were BEFORE his heart stopped pumping. Where are his clothes he wore during the ATV "rollover"? I'm guessing whatever happened, he had blood on his clothes. Why did the girls bathe him? Why was he naked, but shorts "folded" nearby? More than one person did this, others at the party may not know what happened after 3 am.. but there are at least 2+ more that know what happened to him... only covering up because they are guilty of something.

Don't think it's a hit and run with only injuries to the left side head, neck and torso and no injuries to shoes, legs and lower half of body. Plus he's naked so someone stripped him naked or stole his belongings to maybe humiliated/f*** with him. Got surprise attacked by a group with a bat first then stripped and dumped on the roadside or he was running away from the scene and got ambushed??? No signs of being tied up or held down.

The hit and run can't be it, unless he got hit somewhere else and then they dropped him in the spot he was found...because the news mentioned there isn't enough blood at the crime scene. Only large amount of blood was found pooled in his skull, which was way less then the amount in the human body...means he lost alot of blood somewhere else. No blood splattered around or on road anywhere around him or in his vicinity.

Teen on teen violence is rising. Kids are angry. I guarantee that this attack was done by another boy at the party who liked or somehow “defended” his girlfriend. I am a teacher and the amount of kids who fight their classmates is insane.

Then you didn't watch the video. It's explained. There are no drag marks, all his injuries are torso and up, and the shoes had no damage. There's just no evidence at all for concluding that the person / body was dragged.

We went what many call cold turkey and we did it! It's been close to 5 yrs and we have never again drank alcohol. Someone murdered Noah! Friends, girlfriend, parents who provided the alcohol, or any combination of this. Those people who were at the party know what happened to Noah! I have watched several, different, reports on this particular death case. A few questions that are never asked, or revealed, is what was the blood/alcohol score for Noah? Were there drugs in his system? Did anyone leave the house party shortly after Noah left? Were all of the teenagers, at the house party, questioned? This case has some weird details and quite a few "walls" that are leaving a lot of unanswered questions.

I can’t imagine what his parents and siblings are going through. Well they could have drug him by his shorts around his ankles..considering one shoe was found off the body and he probably had his shorts around one leg which is why he had grazes on one side of the body and no damage to the shorts.

How was this video just released today yet there's so much missing info? I've seen photos of the crime scene where circles are drawn on the pavement to indicate where his teeth had been found, as well as indication of where his body was discovered in relation to those teeth. There was also a map released that showed he was less than a mile away from the party. I think it was only about a block or two away, on a rural country road.

It sounds to me like after the dragging and beating they then laid him on the road and ran over him to make it look like he got hit by a car. Being drunk who knows what they were thinking. They were trying to cover up an accident that they caused or a murder.

Give me a break, I can't believe they haven't interrogated his gf and friends within his circle yet! How incompetent are the ME & Sheriff's Dept? It's obvious he was beaten dragged and dumped!!!

I still think the kids were goofing around naked car surfing, Noah fell off and the car ran him over. I didn’t even realize that was a thing, but apparently it is. Nothing makes sense in this case and the kids know something, IMO.

There are people that know in that small of a town. Cops aren’t showing their hands if they’re smart. Sad. 😢

You don’t walk away from anywhere naked. If his shorts were not on him but nearby, that’s a clue of possibility foul play.

The truth will come out. Too many people involved, someone will eventually break or accidently slip up.

Couldn’t who ever was responsible put the shoes on after the death??

Agreed. Took clothing off then put shoes on. Clothing could have had fingerprints or blood on them.

The person or person's who did this know how and why he died.

One question, I saw in the autopsy report that his name is listed as Noah Alexander Nichols. I thought it was Noah Presgrove?

Saw one of the videos ,on his tombstone there was middle name Alexander but not sure where Nichols coming from 😮

Could he have been dragged by his feet/legs? Maybe that would explain the lack of injuries on his legs, and it would explain why the ribs on the top of his torso were broken. I think Noah was murdered.

Some folks in an earlier video suggested possible car surfing turned dragging may cause the injuries stated. The posts were from people who said they did car surfing in their misspent youth. Seems a lot of people with misspent youth, car surfing isn't legal so I suspect some of them might be fudging their ages and it's a in fad right now?🤷

reading through comments, it's so crazy to see that even many of us who have no experience as police officers and investigators, we all CLEARLY see this was a homicide! is right in front of their noses! that's the problem with small towns, there's so much corruption, and who knows manyve one of the kids who did it is family or friend of someone in the department, that's why the delay in the investigation

What about his fingers..they said his fingers were lacerated! That wasn't in the Autopsy. So sorry for this family

The cops, detectives and coroner are 3 brain cells in a pod they obviously can’t put 2 and 2

This heinous crime makes me beyond sick!!! I have a son close to his age, and they'd have to lock me up because I would be OUT OF MY MIND with rage!! Shame on the kids and the police force for trying to bury this crime!! The truth will come out eventually hopefully. Obviously, this young man had alot going for him! This is a HATE crime no doubt!!

19 years old...so young. Poor guy. His poor parents. Awful.

This is so disturbing. The poor family doesn't get any closure.

I'm kinda cynical and wonder if he really made it back to the party after the ATV accident

​@@TMCremixesYes, there is and he's smiling. The ATV accident wasn't as bad as some made it out to be. It was a side by side and it's since been sold.

@@billybilly6574 nobody provided any kids with alcohol. Having alcoholic beverages in your own home at a private party is not a crime and when the kids drink it when you're away is not a crime either. If your 18 year old drinks chlorine that's in your home, that's not your fault either. The fact that people drank alcohol at that party is not what caused this crime either. Please get rid of this ridiculous woke american mindset of trying to blame everyone for the faults of others. People drink alcohol all the time, party kids too, every weekend, and in 0,0032% of the cases a murder happens afterwards. Please grow up!

That ATV needs to be looked at--who owned it, who drove it--it may be the murder weapon.

This is a devastating set of injuries, a cliff diving injury? He fell head first, no blood at the scene. Several people know what happened, the ones who dragged his body. It is hard to tell if they placed his body out of respect or if they wanted to make it look like a random sexually motivated crime. This one is tough, but ruling out homicide? Maybe so that his "friends" do not feel threatened to talk if they are not suspects
