I almost returned this chais because of step 1..... Upd: i am returning it... somewhere around step 5-7 you i realized that one of the screws is just too long to get it. It is when you have to attach mechanism at the flip side of the sit... there is a manual handle right above the whole. The screw is too long and the handle blocks it. Anyways.... too much time spent on this chair...

For those stuck on step 1, once the metal part of the wheel is placed onto the base, place your 4 fingers to hold the base and your thumb to press the gray part of the wheel down with force. This will work - no need for hammers :)

so I've also struggled with the weels, but after using the hammer for 2, I have found the way guys!!! put the caster in the base. it will stop halfway, because it is not straight in it, and you need to change the angle. so push it to the center, THEN push it down. it will get there without any bigger force.

Very good packaging, atm heavily delayed orders for Europe and UK due to covid, however good customer service and good overall experience considering the pandemic. A tad lower than normal so if you are 1.8m or taller you may feel the chair is a bit low without the right desk. The included instruction manual is kind of hard to follow for Step 5/6 as it seemed impossible before watching the video as you have to get the back left screw in at a very weird angle lifting the mechanism up and then it will go in. TY for the video. My initial delivery came with a manufacturing defect in the seat so the left arm could not screw in, I had to wait another 1.5 weeks for replacement parts to arrive after the initial 4.5 week delivery time (Due to Covid all chairs are in high demand and take a while to get there). So from order date til now it was about 6 weeks to get all the parts and have it ready to use fully assembled. The support seems to be very good as they answered me fairly quickly about the replacement parts and sent them to me at a good speed too. Now that it is fully built, I love it. It is much more comfortable than a standard "gaming racing chair" that all the big influencers try to tell you to buy. This supports your back and neck much better and has much more adjustability to the seat, back and neck area, it is a higher class chair than all of those racing chair brands like I said you see throughout the streaming and gaming industry. TY Autonomous for the great support and nice chair. I will update after months and years should anything change, but right now the chair is a big upgrade over my Clutch brand racing chair I had the past 3-4 years.

Step 7 was impossible to do by hand. 2 of the screws would just not turn no matter what position I would try. I took all 3 out and tried them in the hole that was working and they fit fine so it is not a screw problem. I ended up having to use an impact driver to get them in securely.

All I heard about is delivery time being long and not being specified. Mine was specified. I ordered Sunday Night and I just put it together Wednesday Night. The other issue I keep hearing is the wheel issue. DONT PUSH THEM straight in. ROCK them side to side while pressing, and they pop straight in. I also heard about assembly taking anywhere from 1-2 hours! I was done in 35 minutes and that included unboxing. I have plenty of bolts and notice there is a set of extras. I'm 6'4 with long legs and love the seat depth adjustment. I wish the headrest had a horizontal adjustment, its 2 inches from the back of my head no matter how I tilt it.

Is it just me or does this chair feel like the only way you get back support is if your are basically reclining....

Got my chair today. Unfortunately got stuck in step 1. Castors would not go in the base. There seems to be something wrong. The video shows that step should be super easy. 😐

Can you try to push it harder? :( Many customers had the same issue and they solved it by adding more strength on it. Let me know the result so I can assist you better.

Update: the wheels did not go in and I received replacement parts after waiting for more than 2 weeks. After that the rest of the assembly went fine. I like the chair tbh. I really hope you guys work on the wheels as a lot of us seem to be having similar issues. Either that or send the wheels already plugged in, that has to help.

While the printed instructions are laughably bad, this video is better but could be twice as long to include tips and troubleshooting.

Hi Gina, have you tried using the rubber harmer with more strength to insert it in?

Hi Aura, I am very sorry for the difficulty through this process. Can you try using the rubber harmer and apply ore strength on it?
