How to automatically add captions, closed captions, burned-in captions and subtitles to an Adobe Premiere Pro CC project is simple. First, open the Text window and navigate to the Transcript tag. Then select Generate Static Transcript. When the automatic transcription is done, select the Captions tab and select Create Captions From Transcript. Once your settings are done, select Create Captions. Then your captions and subtitles will be visible on the screen and will automatically update as you edit.
