I believe it was a pet food dispenser. At first I thought a parrot but mom knew exactly how long it would last… parrots are unpredictable and the fact that we only heard that noise ONE time during moms interview and not at sporadic times is what leads me to believe it’s not a parrot…

I absolutely believe that is an automatic food dispenser. I believe it went off at a programmed time. Her grin, well, that's something I want body language experience on.

I believe it was the automatic food dispenser. She smiles as it goes off twice saying the same thing each time. Then she says something like "That's it" when it stops.

It was totally a food dispenser. I was wrong . heard the food drop . Your mod was 💯 right👈🏻

The dispenser says: "Kodaaa! Kittyyy. Foood!"

I'm am very positive it was a bird. I had a friend that raised all breeds of birds that talked and most mimicked her and those that were in the home all the time. I heard them everyday. This was a bird, in my opinion. My friend even had a bird that mimicked her mom. When her mom passed, oh my goodness, it was so hard to hear that bird saying things the elderly lady would say and sound identical to. So, IMHO, it was a bird due to me growing up with them at my friend's house. I heard them every single day. Plus, you do not hear any food being dispensed in the metal bowl sound, at all. Even if it was a plastic bowl, you would hear the food pouring in it. NOPE, a bird 🐦.

Exactly that’s why I think it’s the parrot.. my grandpas parrot sounded JUST LIKE THAT & repeated it multiple times in my grandpas voice.. & it’s toy hitting the cage sounded the same way !

Is that Madeline's voice recorded for the food dispenser? I'd imagine it is, because it would make sense for the only child in the house to do it. If that's Madeline's voice as I presume, her mom's reaction when hearing it (keep in mind Madeline was just missing then) is very odd. First she closes her eyes, then smirks and continues the interview. Wouldn't it make you very emotional listening to your missing girl's voice?

Not sure about that. I have one also , pet food dispenser that u can record. Wouldn’t you hear the sound of food hitting the metal tray. I mean at x I press button to add more and loud sound of food hitting the tray . Cat comes running from other room.
