I like the 18" radius curves. 21" radius curves would be awesome. Imagine an 8 lane oval with 21" radius on the outside.

Great review 🏁👍🏻 as always ‼️ Agree with everything you said pertaining to this set , Right out of the box I noticed the track had been retooled ( nice job ) Super 3 chassis brush tension is always out of speck ! Even after working on this chassis the lll can stay on display. That being said ,, I think it's a good set with power & performance HO's and worth picking this up. Hi.. love the white line on the center of the straights, Auto World does yellow doubles on their drag strips,cool, I think I'm going to paint yellow double lines and all my straights, ha..the decor. pieces, could be put on diorama buildings, love your hop-up reviews.. slot'zzzz..out..

Been using power hack for years and am a big fan. 16v is a joke and auto world car are all show and no go. Too bad as there was a lot of promise there. Great review. Glad that they at least have good track as everything else can be altered. Thanks for the review.

very nice timely review of a good looking and important new Auto World Set. Set is important because of the new Banked Curve pieces. Would have liked to learn if these new Auto World pieces will still hook-up to Tomy track and what Radius these curves are and if the set works smoothly enough if the bank and straights are sitting flat on the ground instead of raised up on their support pieces. Review was also valuable for all the car and voltage comparisons. You guys do so much Tech stuff on Cars etc, Im surprised there is no Testing and mention of the higher Ohmage of the Super III Cars, which to me is the number one reason they are slow. Am I wrong about that?? Of course more Volts help, but still they will always be slower at comparable voltage to just about anything on the Market since the original G-Pluses or HP-7's in the 70's (and even then...?). Surprised you didnt use the Tomy 3-level power-pak to do your Voltage comparisons. Mine seem to jump from @ 16-25 volts when moved from the intermediate to the top position. 25 should be plenty for these cars and these Power-paks are readily available reasonably cheap. Very thorough Review tho - it has me headed to obtaining one of these sets, presuming I can integrate it with my Tomy stuff. - Reggie

Not bad for a small slot set. I prefer 1/32 digital Carrera personally.

Love slot cars and tracks but never did like the unrealistic speeds to scale. Prefer the scale speeds. A great combination I do is just buy the HO scale slot cars and convert them for my custom tracks where they dont need the slots. Replacing the power wires underneath and installing micro lipo batteries. then attaching a magnet under the front which follows my hidden piano wire under the top layer of the track. with passing lanes and high speed shots.

LOL. I was thinking crap these cars are fast until I realized I was watching at 1.5X speed (as I do with more dragging reviews).

On the box there’s Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jr’s 2017 Cars but did anyone realize the cars in the back ground are from 2012😂

The set was done a few years ago and is not available from AW anymore. You will have to locate on from ebay or other re-selling source.

What other brands Of cars work on auto world tracks like this? The super III’s have been junk so far but the track seems good.

Viper V-Spec and similar work good.

Will this track fit on and 4x8 sheet of plywood ?

I think it is too big. The box should have the layout size on it if you look that up. I do not have the box here right now.

Where did you get that power hack from, would like to add that to mine to boost the power.

I don't know much about this hobby but what I do see is that single tracks car track that's not race track that's like a train set you can't even race
