It's a Texas electrical storm
Here in LA, our thunderstorms occur in the wintertime. Summer thunderstorms are uncommon. Usually once every five years. They occur mainly in December, January, February and March. Especially during El Nino.
Love it, wish we had nights like this over here. We'd be lucky to get one a year, least youtube exists for vids like this haha
