Authentic Chinese Marinated Full Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Authentic Chinese marinated full chicken stir-fry is a flavorful and aromatic dish that involves marinating a whole chicken with a mix of traditional Chinese spices and sauces. The chicken is then stir-fried to perfection, resulting in juicy, tender meat with a caramelized exterior. This dish showcases the rich flavors and techniques of Chinese cuisine, making it a delightful choice for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, chopped into desired sizes
1 tsp salt
Sprinkle of white pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
Drizzle of oyster sauce
Drizzle of sesame oil
Drizzle of soy sauce
Drizzle of olive oil
Drizzle of Chinese rice wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
Green, yellow, and red bell peppers, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
Oil for stir-frying
1 tsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp bean sauce
Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken with salt, white pepper, chicken bouillon powder, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, olive oil, Chinese rice wine, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the chopped bell peppers and onions to the wok. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Add hoisin sauce and bean sauce to the wok. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Remove from heat and serve the Chinese marinated chicken stir-fry hot with cooked rice.
Enjoy your delicious and flavorful Chinese stir-fried chicken with a medley of colorful vegetables!

@@CantoneseFoodRecipes It is very surprising. I thought olive oil is not used in Chinese cooking.
