Ingredients for Adjika:
- 800 g cleaned kapia peppers;
- 600 g peeled tomatoes;
- 150 g garlic;
- 250 g hot pepper;
- 150 ml oil;
- 250 g cleaned apple;
- 250-300 g carrot;
- 65 g salt;
- 2 teaspoons pepper;
- 150 g sugar;
- 150 ml 9-degree vinegar;
If the composition put to boil is too thick we can add tomato juice.
We put the sauce in jars sterilized at 150-170 degrees in the oven for 15-20 min.
