in the restaurant we have an exactly the same model, a highly efficient machine. But a few days ago someone moved some settings, up to some secret button settings, and the first piece that cuts the rice is always kept open and the rice spills over the top of the same piece. The question is how can I reset all the factory settings?

Unfortunately, the ASM865A does not cook the rice or form the rolls. We do have a model, the ASM890A which will be releasing next year that can form the rolls after ingredients are placed!
