Thanks Matt. We had a great time.

A Texan farmer goes to Australia for a vacation. There he meets an Aussie farmer and gets talking. The Aussie shows off his big wheat field and the Texan says: “Oh! We have wheat fields that are at least twice as large.” Then they walk around the ranch a little and the Aussie shows off his herd of cattle. The Texan immediately says: “We have longhorns that are at least twice as large as your cows.” The conversation has, meanwhile, almost died when the Texan sees a herd of kangaroos hopping through the field. He asks: “And what are those?” The Aussie, fed up with the bragging, asks with an incredulous look: “Don’t you have any grasshoppers in Texas?”

Such a good joke and really sums up the Australian sense of humour.

There is somebody named Patrick Landcaster I watched interview a bunch of people in Crimea, who all said they identify as Russian and love Russia. Our PM in Canada says Crimea is “under Russian occupation” But civilians want to be Russian? So I think in the west the propaganda is thick and they don’t actually support democracy and are just genuinely and knowingly deceiving people. How could it be any other way?

Western democracy means the government can do whatever it wants, and the people have no say in what happens to them. The US has normalized mail in voting so the benevolent government can ensure democracy happens the right way. It's too risky to allow people to determine their own fate.

Привет вам из Крыма ) Севастополь Крым Россия был есть и будет. Я живу тут с 1994г и пусть мне кто то только пикнет , Что "Крымчан насильно гнали на референдум 2014 г. " Да такого огромного праздника и народных гуляний не было наверное с Мая 1944 г )).

Это люди на задании. Показатель того, как они относятся к стране это то, что они не учат русский, не имеют и не ищут русских друзей и не только не стараются ассимилироваться, но ведут замкнутый и изолированный от русского общества образ жизни. Общаются со своими и для них же снимают видео. Не вижу больших поводов для радости.

Они вообще-то в кратчайшие сроки выучили русский, отлично на нём говорят(кстати для получения российского гражданства надо сдавать экзамен по русскому), живут в окружении угадай кого в российской глубинке? Да, тех самых русских. Видео снимают постоянно на русском языке, общаются с русскими. Так прям изолируются. А ты, дешёвый лжец, откуда взялся?

Зачем пытаться сделать из себя что-то, чем ты не являешься. Простой пример, грузинский хачапури никогда не станет американским чизбургером. Да, начинки похожи, но каждый уникален по своему. Поэтому наши люди их и смотрят, потому что они австралийцы). Хорошим людям мы всегда рады. Для шпионов уж слишком известны🤣

Я родилась в СССР и мне было 14 лет, когда Советский Союз распался. 90-е годы пришлись на мое взросление и я видела все своими глазами и помню всё, что было тогда и как Россия менялась к лучшему с приходом к власти Владимира Путина. И не смотря на все встряски, которые пережила наша страна, я считаю и считала в детстве, что наша страна самая лучшая на земле! Я путешествовала по разным странам, но жить и ростить детей и внуков, я хочу только здесь. И я верю, что те невзгоды, которые выпали на мою Родину в последние годы, мы преодолеем и будем жить еще лучше!

I'm a young russian citizen and I myself and many people I know used to be under this propaganda of how terrible everything is in Russia until I actually looked around and started to appreciate what I have. I remember how I bought an apartment in my 20s and my friends from Europe were impressed by that because it's very hard to do in Europe. I remember how I heard locals complain about poor and ugly Russia when at the same time a lot of new modern buildings were built around, infrastructure developed incredibly, groseries and markets are full of different and affordable always fresh products (avocado, mango and so on), nobody is killing each other right on the steets every single day.... So many people believe in this propaganda about how terrible Russia is, even people who live here! Russia might be not heaven on Earth but it's definitely not as terrible as many portrait it. In fact there is a lot to like and appreciate about this country!

Это осталось по энерции из девяностых, когда действительно всё было страшно с благословенным приходом "демократии" 😏😉 Но, что удивительно, тогда люди без такой озлобленности и агрессивности об этом говорили, какая сейчас у той кучки ноющих об ужасной жизни в России избалованных молодых людей с айфонами, которые действительно тяжелой жизни никогда не видели в своей жизни. Тогда люди просто наивно почти с восхищением считали, что там свобода и процветание, которыми они со своей предполагаемой дружбой действительно решили с нами поделиться. Теперь пелена с глаз тех людей окончательно спала и они уже в курсе, что и свободы там никакой нет, и дружить с нами там вовсе никто не пытался всё это время 😏 Современные нытики это уже какая-то совершенно другая субстанция), они совсем не наивные добряки с надеждами о лучшем, а те, кто видя несоответствие действительности своих убеждений о том, что здесь ужасно, а там пони кушают радугу, они только ещё отчаянней и озлобоенней несут в массу свою негативную риторику. Видимо потому что признаться себе в своём заблуждении для них уже непосильная какая-то ноша 💁

@TheMumasy "... nobody is killing each other right on the streets every single day". Sure, the killing is done by Russians in a neighbouring country so it does not count. There is no war but only a special military operation and sanctions have a beneficial effect on the Russian economy. All Russians are firmly behind their fuhrer who leads the country into a radiant future.

I appreciate the response. You are correct, i will need first hand experience before making a decision. I'm watching my country and quality of life degrade everyday so it's only natural to be curious about seeking "greener pastures". I also agree with your comments regarding family and values but will tell you with full transparency that as a westerner i definitely have "rainbow fatigue". I have been taught since birth that Russia is a degenerate, authoritarian shit hole, surely that cannot be the whole truth?. Your comments regarding Christians don't concern me as i am not a religious person. The growing trend of westerners looking abroad is due to the realisation that our "democracies" are merely a veneer for control of our populations. In my country i lost the ability to work and provide for my family purely because i chose not to participate in the covid madness. Can i ask what eastern European country you would suggest i visit? There are only a few things that define me: 1) Availability of medicine (expensive, cheap, high-quality, not high-quality, far to go to the hospital or clinic, close). Accessibility means that you can allow with Russian salaries. 2) Accessibility of education, higher education. 3) Availability of own housing, land. 4) availability and quality of food. Everything else is not so important. Now about children. They need upbringing and education. Do you like the policy of the country regarding the upbringing and education of children? Can you rely on the state in the upbringing of your children and their development in all areas - in sports, in the sciences, in technical creativity, etc.? Russia is a huge and unique country. Its vastness and resources haunt the whole world, and Russia has been under attack for thousands of years. Everyone wants the resources and land of Russia. Hence the attacks on Russia (throughout history, both military and ideological, and today informational. Read the letters to England of the English ambassador under Ivan the Terrible in Moscow - his writing of fables and denigrating Russia in them. So it is to this day), the constant denigration of Russia - the task is to conquer and divide Russia into many mini-states. They don’t even hide it there - they publish maps of who gets what part of Russia. So there will be constant attacks from Western people both on Russia and on you personally (I see that you have already encountered this) - they need to be confronted with arguments and facts in hand, know the chain of events well and not let the opponent shuffle the cards under the table - facts and consistency is their weak point. The power is in the truth, brother. Whoever has the truth is stronger. Take, for example, a special military operation. In the minds of the Western man in the street, Putin woke up in the morning and because of his evil nature (he is a dictator for them) decided to attack the white and fluffy Ukraine. Knowing the facts and the sequence of events since 1990, any opponent is not terrible. Be calm about attacks in the comments, study the chain of events, reasons and decisions taken by Russia - this is your reliable armor. Everything there is honest and strictly within the framework of international law, without cheating (unlike the Western manner of doing foreign affairs - constant cheating in your favor and distortion of facts).

Hey Ex-Pat American! 40 years ago, I left the USA and never looked back. Even at that time I felt I could see where things were going and it didn't look good. I came to Japan and stayed here. And I absolutely love it. Since I live here, traveling is quite easy. In 2018 (I think it was) I went to Russia for twelve days and loved the place. It reminded me of the seventies (80s?) in America. People were extremely kind, no cops were busting in people's heads. I thought, "I think I could live here!" I've been sending your videos to some of my friends in the USA. Lastly, several years ago, I went to New Zealand and met two guys on a fishing boat and they said something to me that I thought was absolutely the truth and I will never forget. They said, "Americans are the most propagnadized people on the planet!" (Ain't that the truth!) Oh, those two guys were American Ex-Pats, they got out before it was too late too!

Traditional Russians have a cultural difference. They once believed that God had a plan for every thing and every person. This is a truth that every person must understand during his life. This is expressed in literature, for example, in Dostoevsky. If a Russian sees a person for the first time, he may say: "I have not yet recognized this person. Maybe I will like him, maybe not. Therefore, smiling means lying." For Russians, the truth is very important, when they find it out in a dispute, they mean the truth that God originally has. It doesn't mean they hate each other. Of course, now the tradition has been broken, and people do not understand why they behave this way, and many have adopted the Western mentality. Western people may believe that each person has his own truth, they are all equal, and you can choose between them. From here you can look different from what you really are, that is, wear a mask. Recently, one of the Western bloggers in Russia (not one of the participants in this video) complained that some people began to treat him worse. The reason is that if a Russian believes that a person is wearing a mask, then he drastically changes his attitude. Western propaganda was used even before the revolution, and it is always stronger than Russian, because it is not in the Russian tradition to try to look different from what you are (does not correspond to God's truth). Absolutely the right way of looking at things! Russian Russians do not smile at anyone they meet, not because the Russian is unfriendly or ill-mannered, but because the Russian understands that this is hypocrisy and lies, if you think a little deeper! I see this man for the first time in my life and I don't know anything about him at all. A Western person always calls a smile benevolence for everyone, but this is absolutely not the case. Thank you, your message describes very accurately how Russians relate to the knowledge of other people! The Russian seems to be saying "Show me who you really are, and I'll show you how I feel about it"!

Well Joseph, Justin I’ve got to say that was the best I’ve seen from both your channels. Great work guys. Subject matter was excellent. As an Australian living in New Zealand I see only too well the demise of Western morals and values whether they be family, Christian moral or ethical. Where ever I’ve been I’ve always made a point of getting out of the cities to the smaller towns so you can meet the people that are the salt of the earth. The down to earth lovely genuine people. Although I’m not a practising Christian I do have a strong spiritual connection and a belief in family and moral values that the West is just depriving good people of. I envy you both and your families for doing what you are doing. Justin I had to look up where you are now. I knew you were somewhere near Gorno Altaysk. Altay is a great draw for me too. @@antonbar5494 Both the interviewer and the carpenter seem to live somewhere in Russia. With "local" I was referring to the place wherever they'd meet. It is a joke, anyway, but I find the argumentation the two bring up really dumb. There can be a number of arguments to live in Russia, no question. But those mentioned here are just nonsense.

Great conversation. I moved back to the USA after living in Japan and Korea after several years, and I'm still appalled at the cultural decline. I really admire Russian traditional family values, architecture, and art. I also like the Russian language. I'm thinking about possibly moving to Russia. I emailed Sveta a couple days ago. I look forward to hearing back.

There is a channel on KZread called "The Way Home". It was founded by Russian-speaking Germans who returned to Russia from Germany. They provide volunteer assistance to those wishing to move to Russia (mainly Germans, including ethnic ones). They can help English-speaking citizens, but there are problems with communication (in terms of language), but I think they will not refuse help. The guys help with what documents are needed, where to apply...

This guy understand the world completely, he his hitting the nail on the head 100% (carpenter ..... do you get it?) 🤣 Just like the truckers in Canada, it's weird that in the less educated, you find more wisdom and understanding on average. As if schools became programming centers for human robots.

Интервью с Джастином хорошее и говорит о том что Вы не единственные кто мигрировал в Россию за семейными ценностями, культурой, традиционния воспитания детей, где мама это мама где папа это папа и нечего другова не должно быть, Вы показываете свой взгляд на Россию , не смотря на стериотипы о России и пропаганды Западного мира.... Вы участвуюте в общении как с властью так и спростыми людими что Вас окружают..... Вы показываете людей которые переехали в Россию.... На вопросы почему Вы это сделали, почему Россия ответ один за традиционной культурой, где семья на первом месте, посмотрите на нашего друга Дмитрия сейчас он с семьей фермеров из Америке ездиет по Калуге и показывает им фермерские хозяйства, посмотрите на их лица, взгляд и удивления о России, что модно поговорить и с администрацией городков, сел, фермерами простыми работниками .... Что как как государство и ферменскле хозяйство существует что можно что нельзя и вмешивается в это правительство и какой ответ нас регулирует рынок и ГОСТ и какое удивление что государстао помогает..... А не вставляет палки в колеса..... Посмотрите на детей когда им показали школу этой семье какой интерес ко всему , посещения школьной столовой и то что продукты все фермерские, питание бесплатно и обучение..... Чтотесть все и вся инфраструктура даже в маленьких городах ....фермер привёз жену и детей самим все посмотреть, потрогать увидеть и поговорить как и что, хотят феерму свыше 2000 га земли..... И таких все больше и больше иностранцев в Россию хотят.... Ждем новых видео о Ваших преключений в России

Мне интересен такой момент- вот, русский человек, россиянин, когда переезжает в другую страну, ему всё равно не хватает того уровня общения, что было дома. И менталитет, устои, обычаи людей в других странах иной. Россияне тоскуют по своей стране, то есть испытывают ностальгию. Есть ли тоска по родине у вас? Эмоционально не сложно вам обживаться в стране с другим языком и совершено другим образом жизни?

Получается такая штука: если россиянину заграницей чего не хватает, то это и негде взять. А иностранцу в России всего этого в избытке. И если давит лишка, то можно найти способ ограничить себя от этого воздействия.

Радикально противоположные ситуации. Когда русский уезжает за границу, он ослеплен западной пропагандой, а потом сталкивается с реалиями бытия. Иностранцы если и переезжают в Россию, то вопреки той же русофобской западной пропаганде, но все равно открывают здесь для себя другой мир.

Я 12 лет назад уехала в Монреаль, Канада. Муж получил рабочий контракт в университете и мы поехали с 5 летним ребенком. Я очень скучала, было одиноко, выть хотелось как волк на луну. Но, проблема была в языке и в каком-то необъяснимом страхе общения с людьми, которые не говорят на твоём языке. Как только все барьеры были преодолены, жизнь заиграла другими красками. Я очень люблю свою родину, но мне сильно некогда скучать. Просто нет времени. У меня интересная работа. Есть хобби. Я могу сказать, что почти полностью ассимилировалась в другой стране. Не вижу смысла сидеть и тосковать по родине. Если тебе плохо , лучше уехать обратно, домой. Если уехать не можешь - позволь себе быть счастливым. Жизнь одна, не надо тратить ее на грусть и тоску.

@@linamatusov9283 всё верно, надо слушать себя: терпимо или даже нравится - оставайся. Правда, есть опасность, что когда придут мысли о возвращении, а они когда-нибудь всёравно придут, то может быть на много сложнее вырваться из налаженного круга бытия там. Ещё есть вероятность, что дела в США пойдут совсем уж по негативному сценарию. Тогда в Россию ринется толпа не только возвращенцев, но и коренных иностранцев. И тогда уже попасть, оформиться на достойных условиях в России будет совсем проблематично. А пока гром не грянул, можно спокойно наслаждаться налаженной жизнью.

@@alexsol3517 В той или иной степени это применимо абсолютно ко всем странам. К сожалению, гром может грянуть везде, в том числе и в России.

Идея с коллаборацией -- просто СУПЕР!!! Ждём ещё! Можно со второй частью этой семьи (тесть, тёща, брат и сестра жены); можно с другими переехавшими в Россию, например, с Дж.Волкером.

If you have Russian children you can obtain Permanent residence in a “simplified” way. Once you have permanent residence you can obtain citizenship in a “simplified” way. So many changes have occurred since 2015 and all to the benefit of people with family/ historic ties wanting to move to Russia - это моя страна 😊

This is not entirely true. A child receives Russian citizenship only if one of the parents has a Russian citizen passport. In Justin's case, all of his children were born at a time when his parents were Australian citizens..

It's been a while since I've been there. How things have changed in the last ten years! Yes. As soon as the sanctions were imposed))) The lot new modern houses have been built in these ten years! I'm shocked!

Hey dude. Just watched a video with the interview with the Australian. I'm a welshman in russia. Also I am Starting a little Farm. I've started with a rugby pitch size plot. And hopefully in the next couple of weeks i'm going to get another rugby Pitch size plot. So he shouldn't think it's out of reach. I still gotta buy a tractor. Haven't got the money at the moment. Plus the government is kicking me out of the country because I ve overstayed my welcome. So i've got to leave and not come back for another three months. People work is a nightmare. The best way for any russian to get rid of any illusions (bad or good) to go and live some time in Europe or America or UK. The same for the europeans, just come and leave in Russia, nobody is going to eat you alive here, I have many colleagues from Japan and UK who spent 3-5 years in Russia and enjoyed that time , most of them left Russia after finishing the contracts, but they tried hard to extend the contracts as much as possible😂

Австралия очень интересная страна в плане животного мира, я в детстве очень любила читать книги о животных, и особо любимыми у меня были про животных автстралии. Была даже мечта поехать увидеть коалу, кенгуру, другие сумчатые, даже белая акула:)). Россия и Австралия совершенно разные страны как по природным условиям, так и по истории, культуре. Если уровень жизни материальный примерно сейчас одинаковый, то при наличии возможности и неприемлемости какой-то культуры (что даже важнее денежного вопроса), можно переехать в другую страну. Я , конечно, из России никуда не поеду-это мой родной дом, но просто сьездить посмотреть на природу Австралии было бы по прежнему интересно.

Be ware of the US government when you are thinking about retiring abroad. As I could not survive on my tiny retirement paycheck within the US I resettled to Russia several years ago looking for cheaper life. Since March this year Social Security stopped paying my benefits and does not respond anymore. I honestly earned my benefits working for decades, paying taxes and being law abiding citizen, but the government has deprived me of my sustenance with no explanations. I am too old and weak to resettle again so I can only go to the street begging in a foreign country. My passport expired and I cannot renew it because the Embassy in Moscow does not accept us American citizens anymore. The government consists of fraudsters leading the country to destruction. They are all the enemies of the people.

What are you talking about? What could be there “russian social pensia” for a foreigner? The purpose of my comment was not complaining about my personal problem and asking for help from anyone. I want all the people in the world to know how the US government treats its own citizens and what kind of country it is. It takes law for nothing and defiles its own obligations to the citizens. A banana republic could be more respectful. I indeed could not survive on my retirement benefits in the US, but in Russia I not only had decent life, but also laid something up for a rainy day while I had my paychecks arrived. I still live on that savings, but pretty soon I’ll have to go to the street asking for alms thanks to the fraudster Uncle Sam. My wife has fallen a victim of American healthcare if you are interested.

I know russian couple, for some reason, receive pensions in the European Union, although they have never been their residents and have not worked there for a day, but somehow managed to transfer a Russian pension there. Therefore, I just assume that there must be some way out. Pity hear about your wife.

Puritans (Cromwellians) landed at Plymouth Rock and settled the North with the Dutch. Jamestown Virginia is the landing place of the Royalists and exiled Planters fleeing England under Cromwells Rule. The Welsh for example who were staunch Royalists nearly always migrated to the Southern States as well. Cheers.

Last night, on a bicycle, I powerfully removed myself against a stump and cut my elbow, it was still very swollen. We immediately went to the emergency room, it was already 23:00. There were a couple of people in line. I waited about 30 minutes. They took X-rays of the elbow, sewed it up and prescribed treatment.

У нас христианство, ислам , буддизм и другие более мелкие религии , в том числе протестанты и католики, уживаются прекрасно. Есть отдельные исламские и даже отдельная буддийская республика.

Strange because this is the most popular reason as far as I know. Russia is big and includes about 200 different ethnicities with different languages and religions. In fact Russia has many different republics including a few Muslim republics, a Jew republic, a Buddhists' republics, many many Christian ones with a loooooot of churches...

ну не надо быть Эйнштейном. что бы не понять, что ЛГБТ ведет у вымиранию. я не понимаю как вы там все можете молчать?

самое забавное вот в таких интервью это то, как граждане свободной америки или европы подбирают обтекаемые и неконкретные формулировки, чтобы выразить собственное мнение по каким-либо темам. Насколько они выдрессированы на тему того, что нельзя прямо говорить то, что думаешь.

Самое смешное - это то, что они, все выдрессированные так между собой общаться, ещё глубоко убеждены на западе, что у них свобода слова, а у нас, для которых это всё выглядит дико смешно и нелепо и где все в лоб говоят друг другу, что думают, типа полная этому противоположность)) Ещё забавней то, что даже мы сами наивно этому верили, пока вот такого цирка шапито не насмотрелись))

Как австралиец, я могу сказать, что в политических вопросах существует свобода слова, однако в социальных вопросах это может привести к дисциплинарным взысканиям или увольнению с работы, особенно если вы работаете на правительство или крупную компанию. Утверждение о том, что существует только два пола и что мужчины не могут рожать, было бы опасным заявлением в рабочей среде. Раньше, в 1990-х, я смеялся над этими нелепостями, но в наши дни это не повод для смеха. Просто будьте благодарны, что Россия все еще оперирует фактами, а не чувствами.
