Wow. What a fabulous insight. Thanks so much for the information. I'll update my records and the 2014 $1 MORs is going right back on to the target list. Btw, I haven't seen all your vids yet, but in the ones I have seen, I haven't seen you find an additional cud error on the 2005 50c coin. You've mentioned the Priest's Robe one, and the additional outline on the person on the right, as well as the helmet cud on the left soldier. I've also found a couple with a cud on that soldier's elbow, but they are much rarer than the other cuds. Keep up the good work. Cheers. David.

Hey there PJ, Best coin hunt ever today,27th Nov,,,50 cent $200.00 bag from the bank.....got 14 really nice condition federation coins, some nice condition coms and you wouldn't believe it but l scored a great nick 2000 incused, didn't think that would ever happen,,,incused went straight into a holder,,cheers for now Warren.

I found 2019 $1 with the waratah privymark amongst my change today. First time I’d seen this so looked it up and it says uncirculated and costs $19.95. So somehow found it’s way into circulation.

G'day PJ. I'm loving the vids.I too, have been "filtering" coins for many years and I use exactly the same process as you do. I have been watching your vids to get an insight into things that I may not have been looking for, and I have learned about a few coins that I was unaware of. I had disregarded the 2014 $1 MORs from my collecting target list and I have heard you refer to it on several occasions as a low mintage coin, with a mintage of 1 million. I have re-checked the 2014/15 RAM Annual Report to see if I needed to include it on my target list. That Ann. Rep. advises a mintage of 5.2 million in that Fin.Yr. for the 2014 Standard $1, which brings it's total mintage to 6.2 million. Still not a huge mintage, but considerably more than 1 million. I'm not on facebook, so this is the only forum that I'm aware of to make comments on. With regards. David.

There was a misprint and it should have read 52,000 not 5.2 million. So the total is 1.052 million

The inner ring on the coins like the 2015 is most likely caused by die deterioration aka ridge ring

Tassie got all the 2017 ANZAC Coins, l find the 2018 ANAC quite rare down here.

I have a $1 2011 coin that's a really dark gold shiny colour way darker and shinnier than a normal dollar coin is that an error never seen one before until now.

Not necessarily. I worked in a Bank in the early 1970's & often used to roll coins by hand. By the look of things in these videos, most of these coin rolls are done by hand.

Going by what I have learned so far, definitely your coin is worth dollars. Error coins are worth more than face value, always. Take it to a coin dealer to find out whether it should be sent off to have it valued properly.
