1996-2000 is my favorite period of white ball/limited overs cricket to revisit, the balance between bat and ball was perfect. Post 2003 it’s been all bat, pre 1995 it was all ball.

This was the time when the competition between these 2 teams was the best !!!
I think 90s time was best. I always waited for these two teams. Both teams performed wonderfully at that time.

Just look at Steve Waugh dismissal. It remind me his drop catch by Gibbs against same opponent in world cup 1999 super six round.
Gilchrist was not at good on Slip position but after all he was a great wicket keeper.
