When I was in Australia, I lived near a 70 something year-old who’s wife’s handbag was being robbed in his front hall. So instead of calling the police, this old chap grabbed a katana off the wall and slashed the thief so badly their blood was seen almost a mile away from the house after the guy did a runner. When the man was asked about the incident and why he didn’t hide and call the police, he said they wouldn’t have done a fucking thing.

gallifrey27 I browse their KZread channel for the neighbourhood stuff. Their political and journalists integrity is low so I rather not look at that stuff. They makes such a big deal out of stuff like a guy not doing his garden that they have to resort to that for air time gives me hope their show dies. Also it’s funny
