    When I was eight and in school, I could write better heroes than Snowflake and Safespace. That shit is like what the teacher brought in when a kid was being bullied for being fat. I am twenty now and I am very surprised that my teacher made it so far with her work. Pity she got her stories stolen by Disney. I know Disney likes stealing stories, cough* cough* Lion King, but they really could've done a bit better this time.

    Lol but this reminds me of the iron fist martial arts technique i forgot where its from but basicly you punch a tree or something hard till you can bare to punch it harder and slowly day by day your bone denseity and calloses on you hand increase it will make it less painful and you hit harder till you can break your opponets bones without breaking your fist (or chop cinderblocks like those videos)

    Late to the party, but I remember only two legit super humans from this show. There was a man who discovered his body could conduct electricity safely after trying to commit suicide via electrocution. Then there was a man who essentially had the muscle limiter everyone had messed up so that he could be stronger at risk of tearing his muscles more easily. Looking back I thought the show was more of a 'find special cases and explain the phenomena'. The moment I saw the psychic the show lost all legitimacy.

    Late to the reply, but I would also like to add the dude that had godlike stamina and could run for hours, the monkey man that can climb unnaturally well and fast, the dude that has a titanium cranium and can break bricks with it and the monk that breaks spears with his throat (although using Buddhist monks is cheating in a way)

  • @jaimesilva1990

    @jaimesilva1990

    The man who could conduct electricity is faking it. Look up electrobooms video, the math doesn’t hold up to Ohms law in that one, and the amount of electricity he took would kill him, or at least burn his skin when he touched it. There is a lot wrong with that one.

    Somewhat reminds me of when I though I had the “superpower” of only needing less than ~4 hours of sleep to function completely normally. As that is a really rare thing. Turned out that was just a part of insomnia due to my undiagnosed depression! I was just too young to really understand much of how my body was and how the sleep I was getting was effecting me.

    Wim Hof is the first guy you mentioned, they really misrepresented what he does, he has a breathing and exercise method to improve one's circulatory system and body temperature regulation to be able to withstand insane cold and improve endurance. The best part is that he says anyone can learn it and he's taught numerous people to do it; he doesn't claim to be superhuman really, but he's not very good with his own PR since he's been on this show and Gwenyth Paltrow's Goop Lab lol

What is it about chunks of stone approximately the same weight as a metal spoon that's so completely immune to telekinetic powers? Ron LaFlamme That’s not at all what telekinesis means, tele is Greek for “far off” according to Merriam-Webster. Telekinesis does not refer to the ability to manipulate only metal, where on earth did you get that idea? The ability to manipulate metal is ferrokinesis. I don’t believe in superpowers, that’s a bunch of nonsense, I’m just a nerd that knows his thermokinesis from his pyrokinesis. Where did you get the idea that I think I believe in superpowers, let alone that I have them? I genuinely don’t see how you could have gotten that out of my reply, was it because of the examples I gave?
