For a one hit wonder, the Macarena had a surprisingly long shelf-life. I have some embarrassing footage of my entire family dancing to it at my cousin's wedding in 1998. That's kind of the point of the joke, though. Dr. Evil thought he was 'hip' but the Macarena was never something a child of grunge like Scott would have been caught dead doing.

Check out the international version then!! It will have you all sorts of messed up. The pacing is longer, scenes are almost identical but then suddenly some dialogue will change, or an angle, or new scenes entirely will just pop up. Lol
