The Seed official music video is much more impactful than any live performances I've seen of this song. Which isn't to say the live performances aren't amazing. This video really gives you the meaning behind the song. It leaves no questions. It's a statement piece.

More impactful maybe, but the Haik concert version (in her backyard forest) is worth watching!

Aurora lyrics are at a different level to anyone, I’ve started to read her lyrics separately to the songs and the pure poetry of her words are pure genius, the line in this song that stands out for me is Suffocate me So my tears can be rain I will water the ground where I stand So the flowers can grow back again To say this girl is special is an understatement artists like her do not come around that often and I’m so blessed to have her words of medicine in my life ❤️

You should definitely check out some of the "Aurora funny interview" and you will get a very good insight into who Aurora is and why she is so unique from other of today's artists. 😃 You will be surprised by how nice a person she is and you will get a slightly new perspective on her melodies afterwards...She is pretty awsome!

A suggestion for your next Aurora song: "Queendom" (official music video). This is also very powerful in its own way and yet completely different. Have fun.

Great review for a great video. I read somewhere that she learned various dance disciplines including interpretive dance from ages 6 to 16. That seems to explain a lot.

I've been trying to get a handel on the effect and impact of Aurora's compositions, performances and productions and at least on one level ' very personal, she touches the wish of autistic unmasking to touch the appearances of authentic presentations of oneself and putting in relief those inherent personal views and wishes. Again these are harmonious with the grounds that expose some of who we are that is often habitually hidden to fit into a world we think is necessary to connect and fit into with. This is kudos to making access to views and qualities that make up the fundamentals of who we are, cutting through layers of often self imposed qualities to get along with and fit in to a world that is personally frustrating and inauthentic. I am sure her compositions speak to others in other ways --- this is part of the genius of her art. We get it without boxing her in and for that we are in her debt.

This is one of her more straightforward tracks/videos, in terms of lyrics and imagery. You should definitely do The River next. Also, let's talk about your hair! Like holy sht, I wish I had thick hair like yours! 🥰

Hello Josh, AURORA will always, always, captivate you. AURORA's songs always have a strong message. But mostly only for a certain part of her fans. Often the messages are not very clear either. They can be interpreted so that many people can relate them to themselves. This song has the strongest message. A clear message. And this message is addressed to all people on planet earth. That is what makes the song so different. By the way, the melody is fantastic. So soft in the part for nature and so hard in the part with the message. Very impressive. Masterly. "We are burning our fingers - but we are learning to forget". Usually when we burn our fingers we learn that the fire or the stovetop, are hot. Aurora sees it differently. Is she really right? Then humanity is lost. It's a powerful wake-up call. - Through The Eyes Of a Child (Live at Nidarosdomen) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/oJd7m9yNqtbPo6g.html - she sang in norway's biggest cathedral - phenomenal acoustics - Murder song (5,4,3,2,1) - The 2015 Nobel Peace Prize Concert - kzread.info/dash/bejne/qJxktbmNhtq-qNo.html - the saddest love song I've ever heard - It Happened Quiet (Live at The Current) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/a4lhsJiFod3KebA.html - it's about the rape of a woman - some say - these great harmonies - Lucky (Live at Nidarosdomen) - kzread.info/dash/bejne/c6GIy9OLYsK8cdo.html - the song is her way of suicide prevention ----------------------- Would you like to hear a completely different AURORA? Then check out these songs. AURORA songs are somehow always different from the others, but I think these two are special. You wouldn't expect anything like that from AURORA. At least I think so. - Apple Tree - kzread.info/dash/bejne/c6qE3NmEga7AhMY.html --> "Apple Tree is about the potential that hides in all of us. We can all save the world if we put our minds to it. The world won't listen to scientific proof that the world is dying, so maybe it will listen to the dreamers, the children. In a bleeding world the power of the individual is our only hope. Let her save the world. Let him save them all. Believe in us, and maybe we'll be the generation that saves the world, rather than the one that killed it."

Great reaction again 🤗 Wow, I’ve never thought of the similarities to “The last of the Mohicans”, I really love that movie❤️ The dancing is Aurora just feeling the music😍😍 I think this music video is very powerful, and imo the most important music video to watch by Aurora. But she has some really great other music videos as well, and my favourites are: “Winter Bird” “Queendom” “The River” “Apple Tree” (here she dances a choreographed dance) And even though you’ve already reacted to “Cure For Me” live, I actually prefer the music video. It has some important messages that comes through in the music video 👍😊 Looking forward to the next Aurora reaction😍

oh please listen to Apple Tree by Aurora, it's way different from the songs of hers you listened to but has that tribal type dancing, in an awesome background and I just love it! The music video is the best version (usually lives are, but not in this case)

It's fine you want to do the music videos first, specially this song The Seed is even more powerful in the music video with the powerful nature imagery and the studio version of the song from the album. That power they cannot completely match in live versions, but they are amazing in other ways. But I hope you are not "scared" away from her live stuff by that weird Cure For Me live performance you watched. The music was fine in that video, but that trippy video with the checkered floor is so weird, one of her worst live video in my opinion.
