Great video as always. The hot water trick is very good. A hair drier also works for remolding plastic. Buy the way I have started the Lola project. Not in a hurry right now as it is summer in Minnesota, and it is time to enjoy outdoor activities.

Hey Jeff, Mako turned out real nice. Did not realize the Cigarbox versions had a longer rear post.

How funny that the ad was for a small vacuum right before your video started, and aside from the color, it seems identical

Jeff do you use goop for any of your slotcar body repairs? it is made with testors liquid plastic cement and small pieces of original aurora slot car bodys melted to make the goop color match filler. Bill Hall was a master at it. i studied his work and i have copied his idea to repair and modify cut and butchered tjet body's

Hey Jim, I have only heard of the technique and I have seen the results from guys that have used it. I have been asking for anyone to explain it and demonstrate how to do it. I would be thrilled if you could help!! Let me know, Jim take care.
