Hey Jeff Fitzwilliam it never surprises me how much attention and detail you put into fixing the teejet Sol's I remember doing as a kid is racing them and breaking them I never remember fixing any of them but it's good to see that you take your time and you fix things right the other thing I wanted the comment about is it seems to me that you're either really watching eBay or maybe you have a better screen display that I do but I never see anything halfway decent out there on eBay unless they want a real lot of money for it and you always seem to have really good quality stuff and a lot of it so that's why I was so interested all the time and asking and hoping to see when you put your stuff on eBay I'm and I'm willing to pay you know I'm willing to pay for the better stuff but it just seems that I know I can trust you or work and I just want to thank you for that have a great day Jeff

Hey Stabill, Thank you so much for the kind words! I really enjoy trying to bring the old T-Jets back to their original condition. Most of the time on eBay I look for a "lot" of slot cars. Let's say there's 10 cars in the lot. Out of the 10 there might be a couple that are in great shape but they have decals on them or they just need to be cleaned. Those are the ones you can really make some money on!! The others, often you might only get a bumper, a windshield or just chassis parts. Another way I get the T-Jets is through the local hobby shops around town. They know me as the guy to call if any slot cars come into their shop from anyone wanting to sell them. I also have signs on my SUV saying I'll buy old slot cars. Those sign have really helped me find them. I've also done really well at estate sales and garage sales. If I don't see any slot cars, I always ask if they might have any. My wife made me business cards advertising that I buy slot cars. So anyone I talk to regarding slot cars, I give them my card and suggest that if they ever find them at a garage sale to please contact me. As far as me getting back on eBay, I should be back on within the next few weeks. Stabill I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else. Have fun and take care!!
