I know that looks are not the most important thing in the world, but I've got to say, out of all the actresses that I've seen in movies, Audrey Hepburn in her prime was the most attractive. As a person who's bilingual and is interested in learning a third language, Iistening to her speak multiple languages just makes her even more attractive.

I guess you can throw that into a translator app, but I'll just briefly note the meaning which is; she's basically saying there's precise documents about babies who are/were taken away from their mothers (mothers who are told that their babies are stillborn) and sold for a high price as so-called adoption cases, apparently with especially 'successful' reach in America. What I don't get is how the OP noticed she dropped this 'red pill' when he can't even spell "français" remotely right lol.

  • @JohnnyNatrium

You are completely wrong on all counts. Holland is in fact with almost habitual frequency used by Dutch people to refer to The Netherlands, and is the default way for older generations who grew up in the Western part of the country - she did not speak with anything resembling a German accent, but a very distinct upper-class Dutch accent most similar to that spoken in and around The Hague among socialites and even royalty; and for Christ's sake, she literally said that she grew up in that very country. I think she should know. Furthermore your comparison with calling the Scots English is baffling in its imbecilic logic. You know that Scotland is a different country which borders England right? How is that in any way relevant to the topic of the use "Holland" vs "Nederland"? There are two provinces in Holland/Nederland with the name "Holland" in them. They are not a separate country but have in fact long been the political and economical centre of The Netherlands; they just used to form a duchy about a LITERAL THOUSAND YEARS AGO. Many patriotic songs which are still sung for ceremonial occasions and in fact NEW songs for such a purpose including the cheering on of the Dutch national football team, employ the use of "Holland" instead of "Nederland". It's embarrassing to see whenever people who think they know a thing or two try to 'educate' others on this topic in an insulting, arrogant manner, while they themselves are the ones in the wrong.
