In this video I explain the various features of audio interfaces, what's important, what isn't, and how audio interfaces are implemented within a recording studio. We go over interfaces of low channel count, and high channel count, and their differences.
The recording interface, which acts as the computers sound card, captures the audio, or sound, and routs it to the recording studio computer DAW for audio editing. Musicians and recording engineers use audio interfaces to record music, guitar, bass, treble by using microphones and xlr cables. This is part of the audio engineering course.
In this video, we're going to be discussing the recording interface. We're going to be discussing the different types of connectors that are available, as well as the different types of inputs and outputs that are available.
If you're looking to start recording audio, then this video is for you! By the end of this lesson, you'll have a much better understanding of how audio recording interfaces work and which connector is best for your needs.
