Her voice is naturally low this is not an effect or a technique that she uses to lower her voice. She can lower her voice with techniques but she does not do it here, when she does she drops down to C3. She is a Contralto but her range is huge her highs are just as impressive and yes she does have a professional career since the age of 13. If you want to hear her highs listen to "The day you...", "California dreamin'"", "Fly away on the wings of wind", "Polyusko Polye" or Revelation. Greetings from Scotland! Just 15yo here! Diana is 20yo currently but I've been following her since she was around 13yo. Diana is a natural Dramatic Contralto so the lower registers are her comfort zone but she now has a 5 octave range and it's increasing. She also naturally sings with polyphonic overtones so it sounds like many voices at the same time! Beautiful on the outside and inside, great personality and such a thoughtful young lady - with a vocal ability never heard in this world before! Diana’s voice naturally sits lower than average- not absurdly low, I’ve heard women hit lower notes than her, but she definitely still is very comfortable down there. And she has this incredibly ability to keep her voice consistently VERY dark and warm by keeping her larynx down (as one does in a yawn), that’s probably the “effect” you were trying to describe. It’s something that comes naturally to her. Combine it with her impressive vocal skills and you get to witness some remarkable performances
