I will install the turbo inlet this week, by the way, the pcv valve hose looks like very close to the turbo charger is that ok for the safety? because the charger is super hot

Im about to order this kit for my S3 and was just wondering, was there a little nipple on the underside of the cts intake pipe that that little vacuum/breather hose, which was attached to the stock intake air box, plugged into?

Nice you’ll love it! And yeah there is a nipple In order to attach the vacuum line to. This kit will utilize all the factory hoses and setup etc!

@@RatchetWrenches hey man i’m literally installing this right now i hope you see this, my vaccum line isn’t long enough to go up and attach to the nipple, everything is in correctly but the line isn’t long enough?

would you need to map it after fitting something like this so the car recognises it?

Not for this you won’t need a tune or anything. Just a plug n play mod. You can get a stage 1 tune for it if you wanted

Hey 1st time moding my 2015 Audi A3 . . . Do you need to buy an inlet pipe in order to install the intake? If no what are the benefits of buying the inlet pipe?

No you don’t necessarily need it, but I’d highly recommend it. The whole point of the intake is to increase airflow into the turbo and remove all the factory restriction etc. the factory inlet pipe is tiny in diameter and restrictive so pairing a aftermarket inlet piping with a cold air intake will maximize the airflow into the turbo. Only installing the cold air intake with the factory inlet piping your losing out on some potential airflow with the smaller diameter and bending of the factory inlet pipe

Something is seeping boost. Check all the couplers. It will have a small “sucking” in noise though which is normal, or you could be hearing the turbo spooling
