@@PincheBeaner same for me . I was taken home from the hospital and grew up in the back of a dasher wagon and a mk2 jetta . I always wanted since I was in grade school an rs2 or a urs4 or 6 since I heard one blasting down the streets of Denver but growing up I could only afford mk2 and 3 vws ... Than I finally had the chance to get a urs4 and there was no looking back .

Been dreaming of an Audi RS since I was a teenager when all my friends were all over Supras and GTRs in the 90s. Bought a humble 1.8T B5 when I got my first job, yeah that was a shortcut. But I worked hard, passing by the B7 RS4, the C6 RS6, the B8.5 RS4, and finally bought an S4 Avant 8 years ago. But my heart is set on the C7 RS6. When this ad came out, my heart went pounding, and when Kobe Bryant died early this year, I ask myself if not, when? And I finally got into my RS Avant dream this year. Right before I turn 40 years old. Yeah, 25 years in the making. I'm an Audi RS6 owner finally. But it's for my wife, because I had to sell her XC90 for this. For me...I came late to the game, born in a country where owning a car is a prestige that is just a dream for everyone. Fortunately, I had a chance to come Canada, work hard, and bought the first B7 A4. That did not last long, life goes on, up and down... then I found myself overcoming one of the biggest obstacle in life, then bought the 8V S3, met my wife who bought her B9 Q5 back then. Then another 8V A3 due to unfortunate event happened to the S3, and now I'm a happy owner of the B8 S4... It really is never too late to join the game, become a fanatic... love the brand.

almost 2 years later and this video still hits right in the feels. bawled like a child ty audi for bringing the unicorn to the states

that was so emotional.. i felt just like that kid with the dream of his life.. this video brought me to the tears.. literally.. bravo Audi, the best video about the cars I ever seen..

My dad cried while watching this, he is a BIG audi fan since he was born and me too bcs of him! Through all his life, he has been driving Audi's and now in front of our doorstep is a Audi A6 2018, that love and that spark never goes away. Thank you Audi 💜

Audis wagons arent that practical anymore, I mean look at the hatch, its more a fastback than a hatchback. German wagons that are beautiful and practical: E-Wagon, Opel Insignia and VW Passat.

Even almost two years later after this, it still give me goosebumps to this day, also it made me cry a little as well. Kudos to Audi for making this arrival of the RS6 Avant to North America not come with a simple trailer, but to come with such emotional masterpiece. Not every car manufacturer does such dedication to their car trailers! Very nice work from Audi here, honestly, respect to y’all! Keep making such fun cars with dedication and passion like you always do!

Greatest car advert ever made, growing up I had Volkswagen around me. My dad had a few, growing up I use to own vw magazines must of been 6 years old or so. Dream car was a mk2 golf gti, I am now in my mid 20s and owned 2 mk2 golf gti's and currently own a mk2 golf 1.9 td and mk3 golf gti. Me too my dad drive a nise Audi A3 and i love it

Never has a commercial brought me to tears... jesus the story told was amazing, this is epic story telling. I felt this story could be mine with my son and his love for driving in my cars with me. It also probably doesnt help I have been fascinated with the RS2 and Audi Avants since inception.. Well done Audi!! Glad im.not the only one who felt the same.way after watching this!!

That wasn’t *their* car though. It was just there to showcase the entire history of the RS Avant lineup. Audi never officially sold an RS Avant in the USA until now

When my wife and I were shopping for a new wagon in 2001, we both preferred the Audi B5 platform Passat over our other two affordable options, the Subaru Legacy and the Saturn LW. It was the most expensive of the three, but 19 years later it continues to serve us well. A few years later our younger son picked out a used 1996 A4 Quattro as his first car, and in 2007 found a one-owner 2002 (B6) A4 Quattro for me to buy his elder brother for college graduation, as well as a used 2000 S4 for himself, so at one point we had four B5/B6 platform cars in the family. I don't see a way to share photos, but I have a recent picture of my 2-year-old younger grandson sitting on his dad's lap, hands on the steering wheel and the gearshift knob of his dad's B6. He'll probably grow up to be the last American to know how the dying art of driving a stick shift. :)

saket naik yea in my country you have to learn to drive on a manual transmission because yeah, and it is a good thing. After that you can drive an automatic one.

From an European perspective, driving stick, is the norm, not the exception. Golf mk4 Variant 4motion 6 speed standard transmission owner

I am finally gonna be the owner of an 95.5 S6 Avant very soon. In several hours I will be driving home. I love Audi, Subaru, and Mitsubishi. I owned a Subaru already, it's time to step it up. I can't wait to listen to 5 cylinder spool. A lot of emotion for me. I have never had any family member own an Audi, but I have drove them.

@@neinnein9306 Das ist mir so egal, von mir aus können die Diesel 30L/100km fressen. Das ist alles ist Geldmacherei. Die Autos dürfen nichts verbrauchen sollen aber über 200PS haben. Irgendwann ist sowas Technisch einfach nicht mehr möglich.

I bought my first audi in April. I got a 2013 S7, and im hooked. My 10 year old niece told my sister she wants an audi because she likes my car, so now an her uncle I'm going to need to push her inner car enthusiasts out. Thank audi for still building cars with a soul.

Drove my 95 S6 Avant on the expressway and loved how she pulled away from other cars tailgating me. Had a big grin on my face.

It's weird and funny how a car can completely mess with our feelings, it's supernatural, it's something that only those who love, love can understand, not really understand, just feel. Thanks Audi for making such a good commercial, I'm crying like a child, why? There is not.

i think this is my favorite Audi video of all time, perfectly encompasses why I love this brand so much and in such a different light that just a mere car brand

I got easily connected with this ad. Once I was a son & now I am a father. Me & my son both are dieheart fan of Audi ! I am sure on one fine day we will welcome our dreamcar The Audi !!!

What a beautifully done depiction of a life story, and a developing passion, leading to a climax that had me transfixed to my screen. What an unexpected, yet exciting way to introduce, what I'm certain will be a very exciting car, to a continent that's long only known of such things the way one would know of a legend. I was thrilled to cheer on the protagonist as if this was a sporting event held within a coliseum, in part because I feel more like we are finally becoming a world of people who are similar in greater amounts than we differ. We can all understand these feelings because we're human, not many beings held at arm's length, lost lost amidst a world of foreign cultures, fears, and distance. It's an all inclusive vision, where we are united as humans on earth, celebrating our similarities, which out way our differences most of the time when considering what truly matters to nearly each and every one of us, despite a past world where outside appearances tend to obscure what makes us humankind, and therefore is easily understood by the majority. Something that our differences can obscure, confuse even, despite the likelyhood being that if you really get to know a person, what we desire in our hearts will be similar, with cultures/ colors/ etc. not being factors that change our human nature. I want the world to unite, and to feel love for one another, in part through the celebration of our similarities. It'd be awesome to have loved ones everywhere you went, or at least a world where we understand, and care for everyone, even if it's a fantastic dream, I, being of sound mind, do dare dream it. How could you hurt someone who you can see yourself within without at least feeling for them? Imagine a world of understanding each other, caring for one another, and spotting our similarities before our differences... To live in a world like that is one of my most desired fantasies... Bravo! I'm looking forward to finally, at last, having an RS Avant grace our shores. The RS6 Avant, the Herculean hauler in the metal (among other materials) is at long last coming to America! I have never felt a desire to stand up and clap, or tear up, if only a bit, for any advertisment in my entire, nearly 40 years of life... Until I saw this. Truly awesome. I for one am looking forward to this.

In December, I'm gone to a Audi Showroom near to my place (Dijon, FRANCE), they got 6 new RS6 in this place, and I make the same dream, I mean, I swear that in the future, I got one of the RS car. I am now Engineer and in a few couple of Day, I will work for Automotive Industry. The most emotional domain it could exist. Thanks a lot Audi, to make me dreaming
