At 2:17 that is a 32 Cord, and it is the most beautiful car you WILL EVER SEE. Look at the long hood on that car. Wow, you should see this thing in person, it is just wow.

I can't believe I grew up just 25 miles south of Auburn and I've NEVER been to the museum. I actually went to the auction once back in 1992 or 93 though. I might have to make a stop in there this year when I go home to visit family. I just love those old cars. A 1935 Duesenberg SJ is my dream car! And how about that architecture? Gorgeous!

Every one of those cars are masterpieces

The color palette on these cars is so rich and varied. The color combination alone would make many cars back then unique. Compare that to today's white-silver-black spectrum of car paints.

These cars are for the elite of the era...The Movie Stars, Families of wealth... They competed for the world place like the Rolls and Bentley do now!!!!

Here I live in Indiana and never been there seams everything gets in the way of want to ,but this tour on utube makes me urn to go ,some how ,our auto's made in yesteryear are HANDs down the most Beautiful in the WORLD,even those European made ones ,there pretty to but the Most Beautiful ones were made I ❤️ Indiana, home of the Indy 500 ✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌✌did not know the tucker was ever painted with a metilatic , beautiful red though

my father searched and found a great deal of these cars most in shambles then he had them restored . he had contributed more to these cars than anyone. and wad hands down the most noligabel historian on these cars and there owners. he and I are life members of this museum and N.A.T.M.U.S museum behind this building. the 1933 world's fair memrobil wad donated by him and me to N.A.T.M.U.S IE national automobile and truck museum of the United states. it is a must see also. I personal found and rescued the fire command bus in Portland Oregon 2 days before the flood in 1996 that would have steeped it in to the river.

I have visited the museum many times, and will return many times. It is a magical place, to have so many great cars where they were designed and built!!!

There are several great automobile museums in the eastern United States. I have visited all of these. The Packard museum in Dayton, Ohio, The Studebaker museum in South Bend, Indiana & the Gilmore Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan. There are others but these 4 are less than 300 miles apart.

The building that this museum is in is the actual offices and showroom for the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Company and was built back in the 1930s. The blue Cord four door sedan seen at 2:24 through 2:40 is a 1 of 1. The ACD Festival in Auburn will be held for one week August 29 through September 5. Auburn is about a 25 minute drive north of Fort Wayne, Indiana on I-69.

That 32 Cord is the most stylish beautiful car that probably will ever be built. I didn't know it was one of one. Just wow. Loved it when I was there a week ago.

@@mastercylinder5225 There is a placard placed in front of the car giving the details about it. The fact that it still exists and is now all back together is a miracle. The fenders and wheels had been removed from the body but whoever bought them quickly discovered that the fenders and wheels were larger than stock a standard Cord. I think the fenders were found in Missouri and the wheels in Arkansas.
