I picked up a set of the Terra Cross for my BF750 on your recommendation. I only have a few hundred miles on them, so I can't comment on their longevity. I've run them on rock, mud, and snow, they have so much traction that it's hard to do doughnuts. The tires have been over sharp sticks and rocks (even the sidewall) and no leaks yet. I'm on my 3rd set of Terracross tires . First set I put on 20,000 km , 2nd set 25,000km and my 3rd set which is on it now has 6000km and counting . I run major paved roads and gravel roads they last .

Thinking of a set of 26" for my Honda Pioneer 700. My only concern is with power loss. The Pioneer is a great machine but a powerful one, it is not. What are your thoughts?

I think 26's will work fine, probably better on the 700... A little taller gearing but not enough to rob so much power as you'll really notice it.

Thanks. I've seen people going to 27". I think that would push it.

I just bought a outlander l 500 should I go with 25 or 26 terracross. Would like more clearance but don't want to lose power either

Kyle Mitchell I think the 26" would work perfect. I don't think you'll loose enough power to notice.

Doug what size would you recommend for a KQ750axi EPS front and rear (putting them on SS212 wheels)? Thanks in advance.

I'd go with the 26". Unfortunately the 26's only come in a 9 wide front. It's a little too wide for an ATV in my opinion but not so bad with the EPS.

Doug I want to put this tire on my RZR 570 and want to know what 14 in. Alloy chrome wheel I should buy that I would be able to bolt on and fit. I see ITP makes a 26x8x14 on front and 26x10x14 on rear tire now! Thanks

Are you trying to keep the 570 at 50" wide? If so, wheels and tires are critical. The best 14s I found were the ones I got from Sedona. I think they were the Mamba. Just check that the offset is 6-1 and not 5-2. I think Sedona has several. Check their website and also ours under tire reviews and projects for what we put on the new 900. It's even more critical as they start at over 51" wide! The 10" rear is gonna be questionable for staying 50" but that will sure look awesome!

ATVTV what tire would you recommend in a 14 inch rim 26 inch high, trying to stay close to 50 inch wide?

Sorry John. For some reason some of the comments just don't show up until much later. Sedona and Raceline make 14" wheel in a 6-1 offset to keep them as narrow as possible. I ran 27" by 9" wide all the way around on both the RZR 900 and the Pioneer 500 and they work great.

would these be a good choice for a Polaris sportsman 500 4x4 non xp? and also where can I get new plastics for it? going from red to green. you should be out putting some miles on those buggies of yours!

They would work well on the 500. Not sure on plastic. I'd google it or check eBay. I do put 'some' miles on my buggies! I actually used the blue Manx quite a bit this summer.... And.....had a super clean restored '52 (the year I was born) that I mistakenly sold in '99 to gather money to start the TV show.

ok thanks. I will look those up! im currently on my third 70 and 5th beetle. won 10 awards with it this summer. definitely a keeper. hate hearing about that 52. would love one that old!

Hey Doug, are the Terracross directional? My ATV shop mounted mine opposite of what you have on your RZR. Will it be a problem?

They are non-directional. You should not even be able to tell the difference between being mounted one way or another.....
