Jean becoming a semi commander is awesome. He's finally fulfilled his destiny like Marco said way back in season 1.

There is one thing I mused about; and that's Ymir at the crossroads. When we see her she's carrying a bucket of sand and slowly making Titans. I believe that she personally designed each and every Titan that has ever appeared after her death. Meaning that whatever Titan forms her three daughters looked like, Ymir was the one who sculpted them in the crossroads. I feel like she's been doing that ever since her death and that she personally sculpted every single Colossal Titan in the Walls (all hundreds of thousands of them individually). I don't think she experiences time the same way as living people do. Even Zeke made a comment about being there for ever as Ymir rebuilt him after he blew himself up with the Thunder Spear. That being said the way Ymir was moving slowly made it seem like she was just sculpting Titans non-stop for centuries

It's amazing to see how easy it is to kill titans now, compared to back then.

1:04 seeing the walls crumble with titans coming out of them is such a terrifying sight and Eren's message to all Eldians while it happens - goosebumps! 2:24 this is a really messed up part that often goes unnoticed - the Eldians who are not on Paradis just got sentenced to death. Eren made no mention that he will spare anyone who's not on the island, Eldian or not. 7:18 Connie entered his villain era 😂 9:20 Gabi finally starting to redeem herself, bit by bit. That's a nice change of pace from the brainwashed nutjob she's been introduced as. 10:25 this is one of the best scenes in this episode, how Sasha's family banded together to help Gaby, keep her safe. 12:28 Keith Shadiss is back and he's cooler than ever! Rallying the new recruits, inspiring them. 14:00 one final look at Commander Pyxis, the one who gave them a chance in the first place. 16:36 Gaby finally hit rock bottom and it's quite heartbreaking to see her beg for Eren to do anything but destroy the world, like help Connie's mom, destroy only the army bases. 17:23 well done, Magy! We haven't seen Annie since the end of season 1 so you know it's bound to be good, whatever comes next for her character. Incredible post reaction discussion, love how you got into Gaby's character growth, how there's still hope if people truly want to change amongst other topics. This episode stands a bit in the shadow of its three previous episodes but it is still so phenomenal. I love the song Barricades

The song they played in this ep, is barricades. It was originally Historia's song from s2 when she was protecting ymir

Well. If the Founding titan could turn titan back to human, Eldians would have never been that hated. If Eldians are hated, it's because they used titans as weapons in the past, but also because they don't control themselves in titans, and can't turn back into human. That's why they are like monsters in the eyes of the world. Because it can't by undone. What Gabi ask is impossible. But you have to remember Eren said to Zeke to not use the scream. It mean he can't control this titans. They are controled by Zeke. But since the part in the Paths, we don't know what happened to Zeke. So, Eren can't control titans created by Zeke. And that's why he didn't want to use Zeke's scream. But since he know the futur, futur can't change. And this part had to happen no matter what...

the world you say? 2,299,000,000 people unanimously decided to declare war on paradise? I just saw Willy Tybur, marleyans and people from all the world that not even sum up to a thousand. Even if all the military from all the world were combined that would sum up to like what 100 millions? extremely exaggerating since Marley had 1 million. And even exaggerating a lot it would mean 2,199,000,000 innocent people that had never killed anyone nor hated eldians would die anyway. Thats why what Eren is doing is roundly wrong.

@@dirtycash36 wtf are you talking bro? those 2.3 billion of people knew sh3t about what was happening on Paradise, not only what happens to eldians in Marley was a thing that only Marleys military and Marleyans eldians know, which mean that only they knew there were titans roaming on Paradise, but as far as they all knew (because Fritz and Tybur comploted to) the world could end whenever the "devils" of paradise wanted, which means that even if they knew of the existence of the pure titans roaming through Paradise, they wouldn't think that the founding titan would not control them

@@dirtycash36 centurieS? you know that from the great titan war ended to when Marlye sends the 4 children to attack only passed a century, right? century, in singular... On the other hand, we see a change of heart on the whole world, but only toward the eldians outside Paradis, cz, as i said, none of them (only the Tybur with the titan) knew that the ones in paradise had their memories banished nor that they wont attack. As an example in the change of heart we see: 1. Magath, who we saw him caring for Gabi and Falco even before admitting all his mistakes as a gear of the rotting of the society. 2. The door guard from liberio were like friend with the warriors candidates and even tried to force Gabi to flee. 3. There were already conferences looking for the salvation of all eldians outside Paradis, since they were not guilty of borning with eldian blood.

Well in AOT you can't really absolutely love a character. What eren did was inhuman to next level but i do think, it was the only option if you read the last few pages in the manga. There is no hope , especially in AoT world

Not fair. Annie and Eren are near the same in both action and motivation. She stomped out Levi squad while all they could do was run. All just to get back to her father. Eren stomped out 80% of the population, just to keep his friends safe.

Stupid people really like annie because she is cool now. Hate on floch who is actually helping eldia.

The turning of that particular character around wouldn't have changed the fate of that other character, even though everyone loves to overhype their significance of him doing it. Redirection or not, the fate was sealed the moment that big thing was positioned on that character.
