Great privacy, lots of potential!, love the settings. Redo outdoor steps, decking and landscaping .. repaint interior, remove a wall or two, new kitchen all around. Redo master, replace some flooring etc. could be amazing if it was given some love and attention. Love the plantation look and serenity. Replace all doors with new solid wood. Reconfigure closets. If you have the money to invest, a diamond in the rough.

The kitchen is not good. It should be flipped to under the windows, with those being shortened or just a lot more light. The master bath needs to be gutted - I hate that tub and the atrocious, dark shower, and how about a Water Closet. Otherwise the land and lake are great.

It would have been great if you used some lighting next time alot of the video was so dark..
A good realtor would remove the video associated with properties that have been sold. Thousands of viewers are pissed-off each day, when they can't find the advertised property on your website, and subsequently leave your site, feeling frustrated. Not the way to create a first impression! Duh.

We usually get snow that sticks 2 or 3 times a year. Almost never stays for more than 2 days. Every 5 or 6 years we get a good snow that stays on the ground for a while.

We know exactly what you mean. A large part of the South is really really "democratic" . Atlanta is so "democratic" that it gave Georgia two democratic US senators. Other states in the South are looking to use their "democratic" population to have all their former free labor constituents flip those former confederate states too.
