I'm from Atlanta ga. Movef yo Texas in the mid srventys. I eould never live in atlanta agsin. When I was young lived and worked on prschtree st.i had a great love affair with the city, I dont know I Just one day didn't feel that wsy any more.i movef south of atlanta Riverdale ga. Wasn't happy there. When my two girls reached the age of nine and ten. We flew out to visit their father on a winter holiday. We Left Atlanta ga and it wad in they teens. I'm telling you it was cold. When we arrived in Houston got off the plane the weather was beautiful 85 to be exact. I told the girls father I wanted to move to Houston. I didn't have to go back to atlanta ga.he had his. People snd himself to take care of the move _nd I've never left Houston onley to go on vacation to here or their .Houston tx is my home, snd when I left Atalanta and my baggage, I never looked back. Lights camera action.

There's loads of factors as to why it might be more, or less expensive in different locations but Georgia has an absolutely spectacular buyers market.

Live shots are better than photos IMO. Photos are always disappointing to me. Especially at this price range.

I totally understand but to create a video like that would be cost-prohibitive and would take an enormous amount of coordination, logistics, and TIME! Maybe once we hit 500,000 subscribers.

Thanks Graig I loved the Presentation. I am a New Zealander, not too sure about Kiwi's buying and living in America at the moment.. l would be a cash buyer and l have my own business.. I have looked at Atlanta Properties before, l really love the Craftsmanship of American Home Builders.. l can see myself in at least four of the Properties. On the small side 12 - 15000 sq ft would suit me with a 6 - 10 car garage.

I heard that the electricity bill alone is like $13,000 a month and more often than not only 2 people live in those things.

Is Tyler Perry's Mansion still on the market??? I need it....

Am i the only person that noticed Tyler Perry had either a bathtub in the bedroom or a bed in his sauna/ bathroom? Haha. I couldn't figure out what to call that room. Anyway looks like it's a lot of fun room to me.

Exactly! Georgia is like #2 in bankruptcy filings. Do not let these folks fool yah! They wanna be NYC, Miami, LA, Seattle, etc. so bad when it comes to Real Estate but until people can live here and earn there money here. They'll never get there.People with money do not finance Million Dollare Homes they purchase them. Do you notice all of these are for sale. If you check back 2 years from now they'll still be for sale or some broke reality star to rent it in hopes and hopes of getting people to tune into there life and then they can someday afford a 2 million dollar home. I have no idea why so many people in Georgia are so broke. I have yet to be able to figure it out but so many of them are...maybe they've been a Red State too long and are cursed. I don't know!!
