ATL SkyTrain at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), 4K Train Ride

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) SkyTrain (train model: Mitsubishi Crystal Mover) is an automated people mover (APM) train that connects the airport, GICC (Georgia International Convention Center), hotels and rental car center. There is no cost to ride this airport train. The SkyTrain arrives every 3-5 minutes.

    Hey, just wanted to thank you for these videos of Atlanta's transit. I'm stationed in Kansas, and REALLY miss my hometown's transit network. But, also, because these videos showcase that Atlanta IS a world-class city, with good transit (albeit, with transit that REALLY needs a lot more work).

    Very interesting video! I have never ridden this train yet that I can remember. I ride the indoor concourse trains all the time when I travel during the summer months twice a year.

    Explorer, I am curious on the use of IH when naming highways. I noticed in houston that the interstates were named "IH" compared to other cities using just "I." Is this just a texas thing?

    Yes, it is a Texas thing. On the videos, I put "IH" as a formal name. But, in Texas, it really depends...sometimes they may use the letter "I" or just the number (for example, in Houston, most people would say, "i10" or "610".
