This is meant for workers, not travelers. They make a lot of money from parking garages. That's why the trains are not actually in the airport terminals as in Chicago and Atlanta.
Been noticing a lot of the electric bus on the G line are not in service lately and Metro instead operates a regular 40ft bus on the G line on select trips. Out of the 40 units they are less than half running in service today. Any idea why they are not running lately?
Where’s the playlist for all your bus rides?
Here are the list of playlists of different cities: www.youtube.com/@HOUExplorer/playlists
You’re not walking south on market you’re walking south west 😭
South-west
Trains.
Bart to sfo is 10$? 😮 to Millbrae it’s only 5.60$!
Airport surcharge. That's what funded the SFO extension in the first place. The same system was used to fund the OAK airport extension and it has a similar surcharge over the regular BART ticket.
The reason why i'm asking because I haven't been there in five years and I am planning on returning
I have a question. How much are the all day fares???
Day Pass is $6.00 using a PRONTO Fare Card. Please check MTS Fare webpage for more information: www.sdmts.com/fare-chart
@HOUExplorer Thanks for the info pro I appreciate you.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Any Marta content soon???
Yes, when MARTA begins operating their new Stadler Rail cars.
@@HOUExplorer oh alr, can’t wait !!!

@@HOUExplorer your always welcome man!
This is a really great tour of San Francisco thank you.🇺🇸🚈🚎🇺🇸
Thank you :)
Awesome video, man! Just giving you a heads up that the Florida Panthers won the Stanley Cup Final and there will be a parade at Fort Lauderdale Beach tomorrow, as a celebration of the Panthers winning the Cup! By the way, a new Express Bus ride video has been released and the Panthers Express Shuttle (posted on Tuesday). If you are interested in it, feel free to watch it! Happy Independence Day and Go Panthers!
I’ve just saw your commuter bus ride video! Great front row seat.

XD IM 12 AND I DEFINITELY KNOW LOTS OF METRO 😂

Ill miss these... these buses carried my childhood. 😢😢😢😢
The new cars are nice, but the post-8pm and weekend headways are pathetic
Somehow mesmerized by this. Did you get off too soon? It looked the the train was going somewhere interesting right after you got off - but the view from the park sure looks terrific!
When the Metro train breaks down under the Potomac River: "I'm at the combination Virginia and Washington DC!"
The Green Line does not go to Cityplace / Uptown Station. After Pearl / Arts District, it turns towards Deep Ellum and head towards Plesant Grove
Great video. I usually fly into DCA, so I can take the Metro to downtown. I’m flying into Dulles instead in a few months so I can ride the Silver line extension.

great video, great views,i always like San Diego tour/rides,thanks
Say hi to me
According to the DART Website, the Silver Line will hopefully start in late 2025 to june 2026 in time for the FIFA World Cup
Explorer what's up! Houston Metro content is coming up in August, That's where you'll be doing the 11 route to Hiram Clarke Transit Center from Fannin South and you can film the 63 Fondren route on the former Silver Line bus from Bellaire Boulevard to Missouri City Park and Ride
It was a really great ride and I enjoyed seeing this area either on a train or a bus but it was really awesome thanks until next time.🇺🇲🚌🚈🇺🇲
What's up, man! That was an interesting replacement bus service. It was unfortunate that the train was suspended on that section. That service is pretty similar to the Miami Metrorail Shuttle. Also, this Monday, Florida Panthers and Edmonton Oilers are playing Stanley Cup Game 7. We will find out who is the champions of the playoff! Go Panthers! By the way, my new full ride bus ride was released and I think you will love it because it includes some beach scenes.
Exploreeer 🤠
Tough going all the way around. Easier to rent a car hmm.

How bizarre; I'm in Dallas right now.
Muchas gracias por toda la información.
Thanks from the Brasil. I want to visit the Colorado in next year, with the bless of the God.
The guitarist and singer at Embarcadero Station (41:15) are two of my favorite buskers in the City. They usually play (on sunnier days) on the Embarcadero just north of the Ferry Building, and they're often in the ped tunnel to Powell Street from 4th. If you see them, I hope you can stop and listen a minute, drop a dollar. Their playlist is fun, and the singer can do a good Dolores O'Riordan.
You might be better off taking Greyhound. At Greyhound would take you into Downtown Dallas
Yup. But for Houston, Greyhound stops at east of Houston and not Downtown Houston. The only bus that goes directly between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Houston is RedCoach.
You should have shown transferring to the Silver Line at East Falls Church.
Believe it or not,I am actually scared of the train😂the loud horn, and the core makes a loud sound.I don’t hate these trains but man, creepy as heck!
Anywhere you can recommend me to safely park my car for 7-8 days for free while i take the bus to SD Airport? Appreciate it!!
Hello. Unfortunately, MTS does NOT allow overnight parking. Also, I don't know any parking that is safe other than the airport parking lot. Here is their parking information: www.sdmts.com/transit-services/transit-station-parking
@@HOUExplorer Thank you for the info. My next choice is to take the free SD Flyer shuttle from Old Town to SD Airport. Any idea where I can park for free at Old Town for 7-8 days? Maybe in residential streets that don’t have street cleaning? I’m from OC and this will be my first time flying out from SD.
No problem. You could take a shuttle from Old Town to SD Airport. I wouldn't recommend parking in residential because there could be street cleaning or someone may report to have your car towed. The best option (I know is pricy but worth the peace/hassle is park at the airport or park at the airport shuttle service near the airport). Another option since you live in OC is take the NCTD COASTER Commuter Rail from Oceanside to Old Town. At Oceanside, there is free parking. However you have to contact NCTD/Metrolink for a permit so your car can stay several overnights. You can call NCTD at (760) 966-6500 ; Source: metrolinktrains.com/rider-info/general-info/stations/oceanside/#:~:text=Parking,Designated%20free%20parking.
@@HOUExplorer Thank you! I will drive down to SD and strategize where to park before my actual flight date. Because I'm traveling with my father, I need to make this journey effortlessly. Will report back where to park if taking MTS 992 or SD Flyer from Old Town. Hopefully, this will help other travelers flying out from SD Airport
Thanks for the video. Where is the best place for free and safe parking before getting on the bus #992 to the San Diego Airport? Preferably but not necessarily, i would like to park inside a parking structure since I’ll be away for 7-8 days. Thx
Dummed question, do people recommend no carryon luggage
You can carry luggage or backpack on the train.
Very helpful, thank you!
The High speed Rail Line between Houston & Dallas is way Overdue and must be built asap for the betterment of all who live & visit Texas' Giant cities... it will generate huge revenue and will reduce a whole lot TRAFFIC on I-45 and will generate many more job sector. It's a win win for all for the Government & for the People. Long Overdue... !!!!
@HOUExplorer were there any Automated announcements for upcoming stops on this train.
No, unfortunately the train didn't had automated announcements. The train conductor makes the announcements.
DIsney World really ought to consider extending their monorail line so that it connects with Brighline when it is eventually extended from the airport station through the Orlando region before it reaches Tampa.
You should film more houston park and ride vids
