Even though Frylock is telling the truth about Shake being in space, the tone he says it in makes it sound like he's clearly bullshitting Carl.

This episode hits differently now that I’ve had a job where the higher-ups had a bunch of half-baked ideas that they expected everyone to just carry out whether they had the necessary skills and resources or not. That part about “winging it” in particular reminds me of how they expected me (a guy who could barely animate in Flash) to learn how to use complex 3D animation software on my own, with no instruction, and with only a month to figure it out before I was expected to use it to make complex anatomical models. 😂
