    Still I feel the IC scooters make scene in this scooter catagory. Provided the cost of the top spects model. The brake even will be to long compared to IC

    Standard battery warranty is 3 years/30,000 km, whichever is earlier.

    Ather should consider developing an electric scooter with a removable battery soon, as many middle-class families lack charging facilities. Additionally, as more companies are planning to introduce swappable battery technology in the future, having the option to swap batteries at authorized stations will reduce reliance on charging.     Electric scooters are undergoing continuous evolution, and I am eager to be a part of this journey. However, companies tend to price them significantly higher, often exceeding double the manufacturing cost, in pursuit of greater profits. Moreover, the technology employed in companies such as Ola and Ather is not yet fully reliable; occasional updates and the use of low-grade parts compromise the reliability of these scooters, contrasting with the established track record of reliability from companies like TVS and Honda, which have garnered public trust. Therefore, paying a premium for low-quality products seems unjustifiable. Additionally, the charging infrastructure in our country requires significant development. Traveling long distances on electric scooters demands careful planning, unlike the convenience offered by traditional scooters. Furthermore, while companies focus on longer seats, they overlook the importance of seat width, which becomes inconvenient for individuals traveling approx. 30 kms or more daily. While electric scooters hold promise, they are still in the process of evolution and require price stabilization. For now, traditional scooters offer a more sensible choice for long-distance travelers, providing reliability and alleviating concerns about breakdowns, at least for the next 3-5 years. It's advisable not to be swayed solely by influencer endorsements and instead prioritize practical considerations.
