Seems suspicious that this place burned and a huge one in Philly too

Wow...I used to have several friends that lived in that complex in the 1980's. When it was new and a nice little community! Long before Mesa, Arizona went downhill despite several Building Booms and BUSTS! And NAFTA allowed this country to be flooded with "legalized' drugs from both the British Opium North and Southern NARCO States!

Hope they don't end up homeless like I did June 1 of this year. I rented, now cannot afford any where to rent as a senior.

What insurance company is being tapped?

Red Cross will help by paying for 1 week at a hotel and giving each family $600

If you're super, duper Lucky! They have a horrible track record of actually not doing so! I'm still pissed about my MIA Haiti Earthquake Donation's! Never again will I donate to their duplicitous SWISS arses!

Those apartments are in pretty bad condition. I’m not surprised this happened honestly 😢

Renters insurance or not? If this was an issue because of something that the apartment complex had been working on and knew there were problems, these families need to be paid something. Especially when there’s mention of previous fires 🔥 I can’t imagine how awful this would be and I’m praying for the families. ❤

It’s on broadway and Dobson, it’s likely that it was caused by a tenant, probably cooking meth or something..
