Damn your making me feel like a slouch and I’m retired military. Most truckers I know don’t have the discipline you have or what I learned in the mil. I like that never give up attitude! 👍🇺🇸

I see that you are a blue collar worker. I want to be a blue collar worker as well. I was curious on what your workout plan is considering you work a labor job.

Nice! So myself I workout 5 days a week or sometimes 6 with an off day or two. The key is to listen to my body if it needs rest. Some heavier lifting days and some higher rep days. I will hit some cardio but not really necessary because I’m very active at work.

@@BlueCollarBiceps Cool! Do you prefer to workout before or after work? I feel like before would definitely be better for an overall lift. What do you do?
