I have such great respect for him, and I know how much he loved Freddie Mercury. He was right when he said, Freddie passed away, Queen is over! Love you, Mr. Deacon!

John R. Deacon (Deaky) is always getting my special attention listening to Queen's legendary music. To catch his bass work, purchased my 1st set of headphones. John was a great bass player, inventor of amp Brian uses,&something stood out about him that Freddie saw&sought out as the bassist for QUEEN that they needed. He was close to Freddie,as had been taken under Freddies protection as he was younger. Freddie's death was devastating to everyone with QUEEN, but he had a harder time, prolonged grief where he was not able to move on with the band, except for a few very special concerts, &had to step away.John had his own demons&coping mechanisms even when Freddie was still alive. We have to respect his grief coping just as we do Brians&Rogers! I'm so grateful he recorded that last time to record that one oh so perfect song reflecting the groups feelings towards Freddie! God Bless John with peace🙏🌹

At last, the video that shows how great John Deacon really is, every time someone does a reaction video to a Queen song, very rarely do they mention John Deacon, bassists never get the glory which could be the reason why John Deacon chose the base to stay out of the limelight, he knew the band would be nothing without Freddie Mercury and I agree with him soon as Freddie Mercury died just like Richard Wright that would mark the end of the band, when they passed away, two of the greatest bands in the world ceased to exist. I know that Brian May and Roger Taylor tried to carry on with the band but whoever they put in as frontman, was always going to be a failure no matter how good they were in their own right. John Deacon had massive insight and instantly knew when something was not right.

John’s 25% was HUGE. 🖤🎶🖤

This was just beautiful the way he felt about Freddie was just heart warming and I also feel when Freddie died so did Queen I would have rather Brian and Roger went on together without a front man, you can't replace Freddie everytime I see them I get a sick feeling knowing Freddie is not going to pop up. I love Adam on his own not trying to replace Freddie never ever going to happen. Brian Roger and Deaky are all a big part of queen they needed Freddie and Freddie needed them they were a fit. So I understand how John felt and the love he had for freddie.sometime the show can't go on all members of queen will always be remembered for there unique style and sound there music will go on forever but it will always be Freddie's voice you hear. ❤God bless you john and God bless queen.
