Recipe and ingredients:
Peel and grate 1 medium potato.
100ml milk.
Place on low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour into a suitable container and puree.
Filter the mixture through cheesecloth or a piece of cloth.
We keep the leftover potatoes to give a skin scrub.
Add 1 tablespoon white sugar.
1 tablespoon rice flour.
Apply this scrub to your skin in circular motions.
Massage in for 1 minute.
Can be applied all over the body.
Removes dead skin cells.
Then wash off with lukewarm water.
We will divide the potato cream into 2 parts.
For the first recipe, we use 1 tablespoon of flaxseed.
150ml of water.
Let cook for 10 minutes.
We will extract a flaxseed gel.
Add the flaxseed gel to the potato cream and stir.
1 teaspoon almond oil.
Mix well.
Apply this cream to your face before bed.
Massage your skin well with this cream.
After 2 hours, wash your skin with lukewarm water.
You can leave the cream until morning.
You will feel a difference from the first application.
The skin becomes firm, smooth and soft.
Use 3-4 times a week.
Take the second part of the potato cream.
2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel.
Mix well.
Apply this cream to your skin.
Massage in for 1-2 minutes.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Then wash off with lukewarm water.
Use 2 times a week.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
