    @The Truth Hurts Calm yourself and realign yourself. You are putting words in my mouth, and misinterpreting what it is I was attempting to say. I am happy though, that you are very passionate about not jumping to conclusions and badgering him about verbally. He does have rights to see and spend time with his children, but from what I can tell, he doesn't seem very interested in them much at all. I was calling out his immature and narssacistic behavior towards his wife and others, and as a survivor of childhood abuse, there is more than one way to abuse and create issues with children from being around that 24/7. They clearly need some serious couple, and family, as well as individual counseling, because that could really help resolve these problems. I think that the majority of us here agree that her father should have some alone time with him, and set him straight! 😉👍

    @Catherine Alexander It's different for different cultures. In other parts of the world, the man going to work and supporting his family is considered contributing to the household, as "teamwork" as you put it. To us, sharing duties means both the man and woman work, do household chores, take care of the kids, etc. Different parts of the world have different ways of doing things. It's hard for us as Americans to understand that, but it's the truth. Not everyone is the same as us.

    It's is the worst thing and leaving the gate open after she told him his son was following him out, there's absolutely no excuse that he or anyone else can come up to justify. There's no justification and that is neglect of a child which is under the "abuse" umbrella so why was it tolerated on the show!

  • @yosefpennleon2101

    @yosefpennleon2101

    @@lisamariepagliei3945 it might be staged, but what's I think is even more disturbing is what audiences people want to watch the worst "real" behavior on "reality" TV. Ratings/views are what drive the networks to film stuff like this. To be fair, depicting family dysfunction in a healthy way is important because it is a hard reality of our world, nation, and culture. But, I think on shows like this it can dance the line on what's ethical especially when children are involved instead of a fictional scenario portrayed by properly trained/professional actors. Since we're not on the set we won't ever truly know what's real and not real when it comes to "reality" television.

I really do feel bad for the kids. they never asked for this. they're completely innocent.

    She's right, the tasks that women are expected to constantly do are much harder than men doing the "men tasks" which typically involve doing something once a week or so. Asuelu is a man child who wants a mommy bangmaid. He doesn't even bring in money, but wants all the privileges of out dated gender roles. He then pretends it's the language barrier, like nah. @@call-me-matthew4813 I took a look at that episode you mentioned on Tell All. Boy oh boy! That IS an unusual reaction! However, in my opinion, Asuelu appears to be an UNDIAGNOSED AUTISTIC! Only people with Autism react to conflict, going on around them like that! He was having a typical 'melt down'. I have a 27 yr old Son with Autism. Social anxiety is HUGE with them! As well as communication problems, inability to take direction and or criticism and lastly IMMATURITY! It takes Autistics FOREVER to grow up! My guess is that because things are a bit more simple in Samoa, he got by just fine. In school, he probably had a learning deficit like dyslexia or had some kind of remedial classes. He's just high enough functioning that only someone who works with or was the parent of an Autistic would've caught it! It makes SO MUCH MORE SENSE NOW ( his behavior). Autistics also appear to be very selfish because of their ignorance of social cues. They pretty much dwell inside their own world until someone points out that it's abnormal to do so. I have to CONSTANTLY coach and cajole my son into communicating and considering other people's feelings! It's exhausting! I feel REALLY bad for Kalani. There's a HIGH probability that the kids will be on the spectrum, too. If they are, she needs to get them into therapy ASAP!. The later the diagnosis, the more difficult life will be! My son was diagnosed at 3. At 27, he's still not able to live on his own because he lacks not only social skills, he lacks common sense as well. As an example: You live in an apartment in December. Your heat stops working. You would call your landlord, or super, right? My son would wrap a blanket or two, around himself, FOR THE REST OF WINTERTIME, never mentioning it to anyone who could help him! It might get fixed eventually, because he'd bitch about it to his job coach probably. But it would be at least two weeks into the ordeal. They just think in the most bizarre ways and there's no way to prepare yourself for it! Good observation!!

    I'm starting to see Autistic traits! This would explain his weakness in communication, his meltdowns and immaturity. He's high functioning enough that it would be missed by his pediatrician and teachers. But I'm almost 100% certain that Asuelu is on the spectrum!! Kalani should get those kids checked, ASAP!

    No it’s just the language barrier, it comes off as though he can’t find the words to express himself but it’s because he can’t full speak the English language, I’m sure in his native language he can speak and express himself just fine. His problem is just that he thought he would find a rich American woman to take care of him and his family, and that’s not what he got.

    @@makieshabilbey2546 I’m wondering if Samoa is unique in a sense that ensuring your parents are taken care of takes precedent over your wife and kids. I know in some Asian countries elderly parents live with their kids, but it seems in these circumstances the whole family makes a joint effort to raise the children the best they can and the kids still come first. But here it’s like Asuelu’s mom feels entitled to come first over even the children. It’s bizarre

But now is now, she needs to take her kids and leave before it gets out of hand and becomes more of a toxic relationship than it already is... If she doesn't? The kids will grow up to understand what's going on and that's not good. It can lead to many situations.. So yeah she better have them divorce papers ready when he get home 😌✌🏽

    Yes we are blaming her. The same way your blame a woman who let's a man she knows molest kids in the house with her kids. They fucked on two separate occasions, RAW. Asuelu talks like he's slow, he acts like he's slow.. Her family warned her. Yet she did what she did. As a woman knowing you can get pregnant it's your responsibility to use a female condom, spernacide and sponge, contraceptive film, birth control, morning after pill. This isn't the 1900s BUT getting pregnant I'd relatively simple. And he doesn't do anything with his kids, he disrespects her in front of their kids. Couldn't even be bothered with his son's birthday. You don't keep a toxic parent in your kids' life just because they are a parent. DUH. Bye with your bullshit
