100 percent the astra vxr over the corsa better looking and more power and you don't have to worry about piston 4

Nope just the understeer, stem seals, headgasket , turbo seals and gearbox 🤣still a good car just has its faults too let's be honest though every hot hatch does just have to take the good with the bad

Nice review matey. I first drove one years back when they'd been out a couple of years, always fancied one in arden blue but kids came along 😂.

Hmmm tough call astra is cheaper to get to 300 bhp 100% but I enjoy the rawness of the Corsa it’s a tough one lol

Both nice but you can make the corsa vxr faster as its lighter so im happy with my corsa vxr than a big chunky astra vxr haha great content mate have no car mates either as just have my mrs an me aha be good to meet up one day my goal is to go from my well loved corsa to a a45 amg

Believe it or not the Astra isn’t much heavier than the Corsa the corsa weighs 1223kg and the Astra weighs 1230kg lol and deffo be good to meet up buddy 👍🏻👍🏻

Yea I can imagine 400 in a Astra is fun

I hope you do buy a astra next. If it wasn't raining you could of felt the feel for it properly, if you spent the money you spent on the corsa on a astra you would have a great car. There cheap to mod and after fitting coilovers and rarb it can handle the bends alot better than a standard astra which I will admit is quite bad

@@Yodaracing1 ye defo some abused examples out there cause the price dropped and alot have fell into the wrong hands . Try and buy one from a enthusiast who loves there car and you know maintained it. Iv had mine over 4 years now with no problems at all and it's nearly on 120000 miles and still on original turbo and gearbox , change oil regularly and use good oil in engine and gearbox

Having owned both the corsa vxr and astra vxr id honestly say the corsa is the better vxr…seemed more playful felt really fun to drive in comparasnt to the mk5

Yea obvs I wasn’t in the Astra for a long time the Astra is smooth though compared to thr corsa which feels a lot more raw etc if that makes sense lol thanks for the comment mate 👍🏻👍🏻

@@Yodaracing1 yeah it makes sense i had my vxrs around a month or 2 each astra was 300bhp the corsa was 230bhpish…had more fun in the corsa id always have another…awesome videos by the way helped out in the time i had my corsa

Corsa VXR rules, Astra H VXR's design doesn't convince me mate, I've never loved it since the beginning and there's nothing I can do about it, first of all, nowadays it looks outdated.
