I am 3rd year student from GCSMC, Ahmedabad Just found out your channel today mam and I found it very useful for students like me who can't afford joining a coaching institute. You are doing a great job by making conceptual videos and making textbook khurana very easy to understand. Thanks a lot mam. And totally agree with your point that MBBS has lost its essence due to this coaching institutes constantly marketing for NEET PG/NEXT & manipulating students for their own profit.

Ma'am, thank you so much for the video!🙏 could you explain to me a little more about what you said at 07:07? In WTR Astigmatism, we use a concave lens in the horizontal meridian. It is my understanding that the horizontal meridian is represented by 180°. So we use a concave lens at 180°, don't we? But you mentioned that we use a concave lens at 90°. Please correct me if I have it wrong..

Mam #one doubt In case of cataract (immature) we try to correct it with glasses How to start off to give glasses with no reflexes on retinoscopy?? I mean whether to start with plus or minus lens we need red retinoscopy reflexes , then how mam? Pls clarify mam 🙏 Morris 3rd MBBS student from A.P.

If there is no red reflexology retinoscopy,it must be mature or near mature cataract... Try to dilate and do retinoscopy then u will get some glow...otherwise have to do trial and error
