Good review. I have not seen such detail about measurements detail using a Retinoscope. I choose to use, "spherical", for my optical measurements. I always achieve 20/20 on my own Snellen.

Mam you have told that when the principal meridians are not horizontal and vertical you mean Oblique Astigmatism then it is called irregular astigmatism will in book it is mentioned that Oblique astigmatism is a regular astigmatism
