The other benefit to the 14b is that it’s out drives and wheel drives are metal out of the box where the Groms are plastic. So that’s an upgrade. Pricing it same/same the grom would be about 100$ difference between the two. But I will say I think the grom will be a little more durable plus at least in my area, parts out number anything associated. Most of the 14b parts I’ve busted I’ve had to wait by the mailbox.

Yo Big…Dirty Jersey again. Everyone was having a problem finding a 3S battery that fit in the Rlaarlo 1/14 carbon fiber buggy. Well, I found one that fits, it’s made by “Zeee”, and just like this one here in your video it is also 2200 mah, and fits. Its snug, but it fits perfect with a little fine tuning. And they are so reasonably priced. Check your dimensions and compare them, im almost certain it will fit

Yeah, the Mini Losis are good to get your feet wet and learn what not to do. I went through the same stuff and ended up giving mine away to a co-worker. He loves it though and it has an 8000kv motor now 😁 This one seems like a much better value for the money and it's 4WD!

Good in-depth video, the only problem I have with it, is I wish the diffs were sealed and had a metal spur and wish motor mount was able to fit bigger pinions. I tried a universal mount from Amazon it worked just didn’t like that I had to modify it that much. But other than that I really was impressed with the 1/14 TA platform.

I forgot to mention the tires from the 1/16 redcat volcano fit perfectly on the them. All you do is adjust the steering endpoints so tires don’t rub and that’s it.

Instead of using body clips u could've used a small amount of velcro on the sides of the body to hold it that way

True, but velcro gets dirty and is hard to clean. At least the stuff I have. Plus, I like the tethers, don't you? 😊

I'm not very biased myself, I gotta say this buggy is a little better then the tyhon grom and the Losi mini b.. because its a little longer and wider. It can be more versatile off-road.. Every T.a I've ever owned was great. ‼️

That’s why after I got my B4.1 I switched they’re radios too Flysky and even with the B4.1 I had better luck faster acceleration then what the standard 2.4 radio comes with out of the box $30 dollar upgrade is not bad compaired to a hole new car and you can put up to 20 too 30 cars on the Flysky than you can with the stock radio more options with LEDs and more channel functions on the Flysky I love them.

Been meaning to. I hear they present excellent value. I'll have to revisit my flysky range theory, I have recently found some interference issues in certain areas even with other radios. I'll test this theory if I end up getting this nitro car I've been eyeing. 🤔🤫
